شرح الأربعين النووية العثيمين

مقدمة الشارح
إن الحمد لله نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا، وسيئات أعمالنا، من يهده الله فلا مضل له، ومن يضلل فلا هادي له، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لاشريك له، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله صلى الله عليه وآله وصحبه وسلم تسليماً كثيراً.

أما بعد:

الحافظ النووي: - رحمه الله - من أصحاب الشافعي المعتبرة أقواله، ومن أشدّ الشّافعية حرصاً على التأليف، فقد ألّف في فنونٍ شتّى، في الحديث وعلومه، وألّف في علم اللغة كتاب تهذيب الأسماء واللغات، وهو في الحقيقة من أعلم الناس، والظاهر - والله أعلم - أنه من أخلص الناس في التأليف، لأن تأليفاته - رحمه الله - انتشرت في العالم الإسلامي، فلا تكاد تجد مسجداً إلا ويقرأ فيه كتاب (رياض الصالحين) ، وكتبه مشهورة مبثوثة في العالم مما يدل على صحة نيته، فإن قبول الناس للمؤلفات من الأدلة على إخلاص النية.

وهو - رحمه الله - مجتهدٌ، والمجتهد يخطئ ويصيب، وقد أخطأ - رحمه الله - في مسائل الأسماء والصفات، فكان يؤول فيها لكنه لاينكرها، فمثلاً: (استوى على العرش) يقول أهل التأويل معناها: استولى على العرش، لكن لاينكرون: (استوى) لأنهم لو أنكروا الاستواء تكذيباً لكفروا، أما من ينكر إنكار تأويل وهو لايجحدها فإن كان لتأويله مساغ في اللغة العربية فإنه لايكفر، أما إذا لم يكن له مسوّغ في اللغة العربية فهذا موجب الكفر. مثل أن يقول: ليس لله يدٌ حقيقة، ولا بمعنى النعمة، أو القوة، فهذاكافر؛ لأنه نفاها نفياً مطلقاً (1) . فهم يصدقون به ولكن يحرفونه.
ومثلُ هذه المسائل التي وقع منه - رحمه الله - خطأ في تأويل بعض نصوص الصفات إنه لمغمور بما له من فضائل ومنافع جمّة، ولانظن أن ماوقع منه إلا صادر عن اجتهاد وتأويل سائغ - ولو في رأيه - وأرجو أن يكون من الخطأ المغفور، وأن يكون ماقدّمه من الخير والنّفع من السعي المشكور، وأن يصدق عليه قول الله تعالى: (إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ) (هود: الآية114) (2)

فالنووي نشهد له فيما نعلم من حاله بالصلاح، وأنه مجتهد، وأن كل مجتهد قد يصيب وقد يخطئ، إن أخطأ فله أجر واحد، وإن أصاب فله أجران. وقد ألف مؤلفات كثيرة من أحسنها هذا الكتاب: الأربعون النووية، وهي ليست أربعين، بل هي اثنان وأربعون، لكن العرب يحذفون الكسر في الأعداد فيقولون: أربعون. وإن زاد واحداً أو اثنين، أونقص واحداً أواثنين.

هذه الأربعون ينبغي لطالب العلم أن يحفظها، لأنها منتخبة من أحاديث عديدة. وفي أبواب متفرقة، بخلاف غيرها من المؤلفات فلو نظرنا إلى عمدة الأحكام لوجدناها منتخبة؛ لكنها في باب واحد وهو باب الفقه، أما الأربعون النووية فهي في أبواب متفرقة متنوعة. ونحن نستعين بالله تعالى في التعليق عليها. والله الموفّق.
