This application for dermatologists provides dosing calculations for the use of isotretinoin (accutane, claravis, amnesteem) for use when treating acne, assuming a goal of 120 to 150mg per kilogram. The calculator gives easy-to-read results both as the additional total amounts of the medication needed as well as projected additional months based on commonly-used dosages.
