Unable to use in samsung galaxy grand 2

Broken app... always shows no activity in morning even though bus it at stop and child gets picked... checked with other parents same problem

The app needs to show when the bus leaves the first stop in the morning, so parents can reach the bus stop in time. Right now, the app begins tracking only only once the child gets on. Also, navigation on the app is really confusing and not at all intuitive.

App isn't functional even after one month of school opening. I have no reasons to give 5 stars a non working app. Downgrading to 1

Needs to be improved lot. Display of the profile photo no clarity after upload.

It is not available at start of the school session. Why unnecessary subscribe for an app which is supposed to work only half the school session

It's not working most of the times. Earlier it use to show the vehicle movement but now it moves when you update the status. Untill you update it shows on the same spot and after update it shows different spot

Quite intuitive and easy to use. The information provided in the app is useful and mostly reliable. I would recommend to my friends and other schools. However, 2 out of 10 times have noticed issues in data refresh. Would be good if the location of bus is real time (sometimes there are delays). Now that we all have got used to apps of Uber and Ola, this app has opportunity for improvement when compared to such apps.

This has never given me trouble. I am totally satisfied with this app. Apart from one or two instances.. It did give absolutely correct information. I think people who faced trouble must have faced an issue generated by network problem or their homes are situated in an area which is not completely covered under falcon . By the way it was very well informed that the app is in Beta phase for my kid's school. So it worked really nice... I mean Bryond expectations. Great work guys.

Mostly it doesn't work or wrong updates given. Either no boarding info and only got off information. Sometimes gives wrong update of boarding and getting off at the gap of 5 minutes where the child lives 8 kms away

A very good app to track your kid & pickup vehicle, give time feedback. Mobile Network coverage critical for its precission feedback.... Some erratic travel route feedback at times.

Promised to work from day 1, its been now a month and still not working. False promises!!

Since past few weeks notifications and school bus updates are some times totally unavailable or partially. Sometimes they come all at once much after the child reaches home

Good app. Had issues on getting the updates on notification some times, but falcon team was able to resolve at the earliest. Just I had to write to them once. Very good response from Falcon team in resolving the issue. Now app works perfectly fine for me

Great app. Shows the location of the child very accurately. Had a couple of glitches with the app initially but the team responded promptly and ensured seamless working. Thanks!

Has been working flawlessly even though it's in beta phase. Very good tool for the parents to track their child's commute to school. Should probably look at finger print scanner instead of access card for more authenticity.

Was working till a week ago,now no updates at all.works well with another phone edge 7 but not Huawei honor

Not consistent,gets updates of boarding bus after child reaches home. Updates r always late and unreliable.

It never gives the real time status

Hardly works....Never updates on time...Child gets picked and even half an hr later app shows bus on its way to pickup...

Technology for my child's safety is one of the best uses I can think of. I know when he reached and boarded bus to and from school. What a big relief for parents.

Do not show the realtime tracking...slow or not updated....
