Purchasing Power

Completely unusable on mobile. Takes you to a Web browser and you cannot log in. Just goes round and round.

I have no option to delete an item after accidentally purchasing it. I have the same item twice AND it says I can take it off but it's not giving me an option to take the item off so now I just have to keep both of them. What is the point of the app if the app keeps redirecting me to the regular website which doesn't function correctly anyway?? The program itself is a very very awesome program but I don't understand what's going on with the functions of the site nor the app.

Great system but the items most craved are always sold out or they no longer carry.

Because my job offer this great program too its employees is one of the reasons i want quit my job. I have furnished my whole house with this program that my job offers. And now they offer 6 or 12 month payment plans is a cool option also.

You can manage your account with the app, but beyond that, it's an unfinished program.

I ordered 3 xbox one games. Gta 5, overwatch and black ops 3. After 3 days 2 of the games came and 1 didn't. I called and in couple minutes someone picked up and replaced my missing game. We also had a little conversation about our gaming experiences. Excellent customer service. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Like the app but the search function Suck MAJOR I search for hair dryer it came up with everything but what I'm actually looking for. WHY I can't purchase or browse bedroom furniture, appliances etc.

This company sucks your balance is off, take forever to get your merchandise, customer service is rude, will not order nothing else from them

If we are rating the application it self, it could use more mobility between pages. Maybe so specials sales or promo for app only users, or even a buy one get one free deal from time to time.

It's ok just recently had a problem with a purchase I made more than 2 weeks ago and haven't received and the other the purchase the box was all beat up and opened.

Ripoff. End up paying twice as much for whatever it is that you want. App functions well, its just a system if you dont know how to budget

This app is great. I love the program it's easy and convenient...a little pricey but that's the price of convenience ;)

The app always redirects me to the website, so I don't even use it much... I just use the website instead.

Not easy to use, cumbersome, sucks that everything isn't contained in the app itself. Very outdated and clumsy

Usually a great experience. I ordered a 55"LG Smart TV. Not only did it take longer than advertised to arrive , when it finally came the screen was cracked. Now I've got to miss work another day for them to pick up, and nobody seems to have the right answer. Maybe you should stop shipping TV'S and allow people to pick up from local retailers, now that I hear 50% of the time these things don't make it!

I work a good job & I make a decent living. There arebitems that I would love to have fir one reason or another & despite my efforts to save up & purchase these items Murphy's Law strikes without mercy. Thanks to programs like Purchasing Power I am able to obtain these luxuries. Yes it cost s little more, but thats worth it to me. For a few extra dollars, I can also get an extra warranty to cover said items. If I were to get a loan to buy these items the intrest would more than ofset the difference.

I buy things pay weekly never get charged interest never pay out of pocket for fees they charge the account you get hot new stuff. Love it. App makes it even easier, you got a job they get your number on file you get what you want fast shipping returns are simplistic your hours are worth more.

Customer service is nice however getting the problem solved is a nightmare. Even the Supervisor couldn't give me a straight answer.. Said the technical problem would br fixed in 3 days. Waited just to find out the first customer service rep and supervisor didn't do it right.. Now waiting another 3 days hopefully it was done right this time..

It's a great program to pay off items slowly but the shipping cost are killer and the wait time on mostly all there products take forever I waited 1 and a half mouths for my tv and 5 weeks to receive a laptop very very slow shipping but customer service is good (not great tho)

Regarding the app: This is just a portal to the website. You can save space by just creating a home screen bookmark from the chrome browser. Now the items listed are a bit pricy (still way cheaper than rent a center or aarons) but it's usually for people with bad/no credit (so long as your employer is a participant) they don't run a credit check and your credit limit is based off how long you've been with the company.

Your getting over charge without knowing since the payments are low. by the end you could end up paying up to $700 extra on certain items even more on other.

I have waited a month for them to send my order (not freight, and still not sent). The customer service sucks, the send a message doesn't work, the manager I requested to speak to hung up without talking to me, and they still haven't sent my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it won't be here in time for christmas. However, they have already started taking out money for an item they have not EVEN sent. Avoid them and order directly from the companies.

I have bought several items! I suggested my company let us buy Jewerly and Designer Hand bags Now I can pretty much Purchase Anything! I'm So Addicted! Love It!

It does get confusing when looking for a specifec item. I looked television and vidio games

Problem searching for an exact item. It will show you there's 29 pages to search for what you want but only let you up to 3 or 4 pages and it will say, this item is no longer available...pls fix

Tons of items to choose from and super easy and fast processing. We received ALL our items within 4 days of the order being processed. And pleased with every single thing we ordered! Highly recommended.

But this is an application that is more for those who is with an company who support this app. An I have order lost of things from only my company have in stock. It really do works. So sorry for the one's that it doesn't work for.

The app links you to the website that doesn't work. Also the app doesn't communicate with the website. The app shows that I have a spending limit, but the website does not. The customer support person I talked to also could not see where I had a spending limit, even though the app was showing that I have one. If I could give this app a zero I would. Very unsatisfied and I doubt I will continue going forward with this program, and the website has major bugs, and yes I know how to use a computer.

Not a smooth app. Hard to search by category. Can't go back without exiting whole program

You need to register on a computer before installing this app. The mobile site they have doesn't work very well. Impossible to use.

Love this app. It's so much easier than getting on the Internet on my phone. It's easy to navigate, search, and send your documents.

Basically the full site in the palm of my hand. Now I can shop anywhere!

I've used Purchasing Power with two companies over the years and referred many people who wants to get furniture, electronics, appliances etc for their homes and other uses without coming out your pockets all at once. You will pay more for what you buy but you wouldn't notice a difference in your paycheck. If you spend $20 or more a week in lunch then you wouldn't notice that same $20 a week for your new flat screen, laptop, sofa or whatever. I'll give 5 stars

Would be 5 stars if it stayed within the app and didn't have to use the net.

I was right in the middle of writing an email to you when all of a sudden it logged me out and asked for a rating. Well, here it is. Needless to say I'm not too happy that all of my writing went to waste and now I have to start all over again just because you wanted a rating after I had already rated it. Well just for that, now you get a worst rating. You might want to fix that and quit logging people out for no reason. That's BS!

All it is is a slow mobile optimized website with bad filtering options and bad navigation.

Times out too fast...if I click on an item to get more info...I have to go all the way back to the 1st page when I return. By the time i get to my stopping point again page times out. Please fix this. I like to browse for a while, research and compare before I purchase. Thanks.

Works very well. Like that I can save user info.

Tried using app to contact customer service & it logs out as I'm typing & loses everything I type now I'm calling & it took 13 minutes for someone to pick up
