It does the job, just. I wish I could have a profile and it would save details at least, and my card. It's also buggy. The card scanning function doesn't work. It also freezes and you need to restart the app if you touch to get more information on peak times for a ticket.. So a very rudimentary app for a very expensive journey... Looks like some of this money could be used in app development.

Do not hit the info button! The info button for each type of train ticket brings up the valid times, problem is if the info is bigger than the space on your screen you have to close the app and start all over again, so stupid!!!

Terrible long splash screen. Why can't stored tickets come up quicker. Nice to make your staff wait on your slow app!

Have used this app for years, it's improved well but it's still utterly ridiculous that it doesn't track how many times a carnet ticket has been used. That really needs adding, as the risk of travelling without a ticket is quite high.

It's ridiculous that you have to re-enter card and address details every time you buy a ticket. What's the point of an app if it doesn't do that. Come on guys, sort it out.

This is the worst app I am using and it's a pity have to use it every day. It takes endless time to load up and to load the tickets. It can't tell you whether a ticket has been used or not. You have to manually say it's been used. The app logs you out without reason once in a while and doesn't let you log on again. On top a few bugs where pop ups block your view and can't be closed. It's just a pure joke.

All the tickets I've bought online have appeared which is good. Current tickets should include the return part though, to make it easier to find the ticket.

So, on an afternoon of 12 Dec I sat down on the Express, opened the app and.... my ticket was nowhere to be found. It's ridiculous enough that I must be online to open the ticket, but the ticket wasn't there at all. Refresh refresh refresh and nothing. Not in used tickets, not in unused tickets.

Easy to use, works with overseas credit cards, includes offers for advance booking. Some slight glitches - it's Nov 2016 and I accidentally marked a ticket for Feb 2017 as "Used" , and can't unmark it. Hopefully the ticket is still valid. It would be nice if the "mark as used" functionality: a) would not mark future-dated tickets as used or would ask for confirmation b) were reversible (button changes to "mark as unused" for tickets marked as used)?

I was a bit worried given the reviews, but this app worked perfectly. I had no problems buying a ticket, it was quick and easy and instantly displayed on my device. It did ask for camera permissions but only because it can scan credit cards and put the details in automatically. Would use again!

I can't move tickets to used tickets (annoying when you use this service a lot). Often it wants to load data when you open it before you can do anything. Useless if you've got no data like in the t3 platforms. Otherwise I can buy tickets OK with it.

Used to work, now impossible to actually buy a ticket... For those of you stuck in the "8 adult minimum." loop.. stop now delete the app and never look back!

Same bug as some described before. Says you need minimum of 8 adults and then when you put in 8, says maximum of 1 adults. Please fix the bug as right now can't buy tickets.

Can't buy a ticket for 1 adult. Says I need to have a minimum of 8 adults! As an experiment I put in 8 adults and it then said I could only put in a minimum of 1 adult. Arghhhh. Whats the point of this if I cant actually buy a ticket?

Given all the negative reviews I was a bit concerned, but it worked flawlessly the first to purchase tickets this morning and have them scanned from my phone on the train. Maybe a recent update has fixed things.

Impossible to buy tickets on Android. Try to purchase 1 adult ticket and you get a "minimum 8 adults allowed" message. Select 8 adults and you get "maximum 1 adult allowed". Needs fixing.

Fails to run on a rooted device, and offers neither warning nor explanation. If a rooted divice is a genuine security concern, then I'd hesitate to trust this app on any phone, since they're clearly making unreasonable assumptions about the OS. If it's not a security concern, then the developers are just jerks. Either way, it was a waste of bandwidth to install.

There is no way to scroll or exit from the information overlay when you press the (i) on the available tickets list. You have to kill the app and start again.

The iOS version is a joy to use. The Android version doesn't work.

Works well and is very handy as an app, use it regularly and saves time. BUT: WHY DO YOU NEED ME TO GIVE YOU ACCESS TO MY CAMERA?!?!?!?!
