Worst App ever!!! I downloaded this app waited a week for my free mini blizzard and when I finally went to redeem it I was told they aren't set up for the Apple. Why do all the locations in my Area show up if they are not set up!!! Not the way to keep customers at all. I am also disappointed that you did away with Snickers blizzards. These two upsets have me leaving DQ as a customer. I will stick to Whata burger, Chickfil a and Sonic

It was a good app, but it won't let me redeem my free mini blizzard. I do have 2 hearts. I emailed them & they said they reset the free mini blizzard. When I went back in the app it was not put back on for me to redeem.

I was at DQ earlier in the week and opened the app and it said something about this app is no longer and I even mentioned it to the lady who was taking our order and she just shrugged her shoulders. Y'all need to hire better people, I get attitude at THR Burleson TX store all the time, and it's always filthy.

I like the points, but I have to do it in store? Most of the time I go thru the drive thru, and I'm not going to sit there and hold up the line while I scan my receipt.

Can never connect to the internet. Tried on 4G & Wifi several times & was always presented with an error "Cannot connect to rhe internet. Check your connection, close the app and try again." Did just that at least 5 times and got the same message each time. Uninstalling the app.

l make a mistake on free blizzard but can stop the time and going dq at 6 or 8 pm please stop time

Broooooo!!!!!! When I click redeem mini blizzard, there r only Texas locations!! And I thought DQ Texas was just their new food but nooooooooooooooooooooo. I'm gonna delete the app because there is no use to it unless ur in texas :1(

Will not let me redeem the free blizzard. Goes to choose location then right back to redeem. Also tried scanning receipts for hearts and all I get is errors.

Had to delete items to download, used data because dq WiFi wasn't working, keeps saying error and won't complete anything, is a waste of space

It's only for Texas l Would like it if the app was for a bigger area of they had an app for every state

I've been eating at DQ for 50 years and y'all have very good food and service.

My city and state is not listed, so I had to pay for my mini Blizzard which was supposed to be free.

The app itself was working fine, I've only used it once. Therefore, I would like to know how to delete my account in such, please.

Dairy queen is one of the best fast food restaurants in the world, but this app makes me think it's not made by dairy queen, Do not download! Only serves about 5 cities and they are all in Texas, im done with DQ if they are to lazy to just make the app for all of the USA then screw it, say goodbye to a loyal customer.

I didn't download because its from Texas. And a few other states. Why doesn't it apply to all states? Or at least nondir Michigan....disappointed

Had trouble getting free blizzard. Always a reason they can't accept my receipt. Deleted app.

It clearly states that it only works in Beaumont, Tx & surrounding areas. Dallas & Harlingen are no where near Beaumont.

It doesn't work in Dallas /Fort Worth Metroplex.

This does Not work in Harlingen Tx.

Anahuac dairy queen... no app works only Winnie. . Go figure...

Should make it useful for all dairy Queen locations.
