The APP states that you only have to spend $6 to get a BITE towards a free sandwich which is incorrect! Also none of the advertising states that you need to spend $7 BEFORE TAXES to get the BITE. I LOVE Schlotzsky's sooo much tho.. I really don't care. The service is always fast and friendly and I get emails for FREE bonus BITEs all the time!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Worthless and sucks. Instead of sending me to my local location (which isn't even listed) it wants me to order from 15 miles away vs 6 miles down the road.

My special offers arrive in black and white, there is no way to activate them for use. (I do have a great store manager who works with me, but it would be nice if they came ready to activate.) When we got the 7 meals and "won" the $7 off, we were traveling where there was no Schlotzkys & it expired. That makes it unmotivating to go to the trouble to get another $7 off. The game is fun, but I wish I didn't have to start over every time I play it. Who has the time to work through all of the dimensions in one sitting?

I love the food hear. One of my favorite places to eat. So naturally I downloaded the app. But what sucks is when j go to sign in, it keeps telling me u have an invalid email address. I've put 3 different emails address in that are all "valid" and it is still telling me the same thing. I uninstalled the app then reinstalled and the same problem. Plz fix this for me

Love the food, it truly is great. Where do you find these lazy, hateful and disrespectful employees?! For the second time we have left feeling so ready to pull our hair out.

This would be better if you got punches based on dollar amount instead of per visit. I can spend almost $20 if I go with my boyfriend or $8 by myself and get the same punches? Plus there should be a longer window to scan receipts. Or there should be a membership that you give before the purchase and it logs automatically.

Food's great. I love the pickles. The constant notifications are annoying. I don't like how redemption process only gave a 2 hour window. I also don't like having to hand over my phone to an employee for redemption code reading especially in a drive thru. Redemption would be better served if it was a code employees could scan. I played the mini game on 2 different phones. I find maxed out sensitivity on Android devices are still sluggish as opposed to iPhones.

Second response: there is no "settings" option. No option to turn a "badge" off. First response: You say you're going to fix it but I've had two more annoying notifications after your response. When will it stop???? Original message: I've read the response from schlotzskys about other people having the same problem, I followed the steps to correct it, still nothing has changed. I will be deleting this app very soon due to your company not knowing how to run it efficiently

I love the food here, but this app is a scam. I scanned in my final receipt that would qualify me for my coupon successfully only to get an email the following day claiming that I had not included the entire receipt in the picture. They allow you to email them a new picture of the receipt but I do not hang on to receipts so it was already in the trash by the time this email arrived. I could look past this if the app made it clear what information they needed or validated the submission in real time. Instead the app uses a bar code scanner to scan the code on the receipt and does not give any indication that you need to take a picture of the entire receipt. It seems a little sketchy that I have used this scanner to scan only the barcode the first six times and each time that was validated, but now on the receipt that would earn me a coupon I suddenly have to do the process differently with no clarification from the app. Fix the application or lose it. This has soured my experience with an otherwise great restaurant.

Unable to enjoy free Original Sandwich, or any specials regarding the Original sandwich ....I don't eat pork! How can I substitute for Turkey ... Is there any solution to this situation?

Sent me an offer ad 'dont forget to use your xxx reward'. Went in the same day but offer was expired and unusable and in store staff didn't seem to care to help. Never going back and deleting this app that spams invalid offers to my phone.

The rewards expire before you can use them and it won't recognize your recipes. RIP OFF

Worked fine when I installed it a year ago, but now it only sees one Schlotzsky's in the entire Norfolk/Va Beach area...the locations I go to aren't on the map, and I can't get punches for them. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, to no avail. Please advise, thanks!

How do I delete old items from the 'News and offers' page on my phone? I have things showing there from 2015 when I originally downloaded eh app and I done like littering my device with old crap.

The pop up notifications are annoying! I would not suggest this app for any reason. As well this thing keeps going off after you set it to no store notifications. Annoying!

Two out of three times that I've gone to redeem offers they have read reneged. This is unacceptable. This app and it's back end have been very poorly implemented

App crashes at least twice before it opens...even after updating. Also, barcodes need to be scanned within 3 days of purchase or they're declined.

I spent $6.01,you have to buy at least $6 to scan and count it on the promo. It won't acknowledge that $6.01 is more than $6. Cheated me on it and not happy.

I have tried several times to scan the barcode to no avail and it doesn't recognize the bar code numbers. I have reciepts I can't enter.

Lost reward cause mishandled by cashier. Corporate doesn't return call.

Won't let me create an account. Says "enter a valid email". I tried to, many many many times.

I love going here. The food is fresh, employees are helpful and great deal for amount of healthier food.
