Native Grill and Wings

Beware! You must enter your receipt within 24 hours or it becomes invalid for the rewards program. Without knowing I was 30 minutes late. FAIL. I only says on the receipt to scan the barcode above with a native app 24 hours to receive special offers and dis. Didn't realize that meant I couldn't receive my rewards. Nice job NGW for making this loyalty as restrictive as possible in order to keep earning rewards as low as possible. I guess it makes it easy to go elsewhere to eat out.

Can not order food

Can't order through the app and when i emailed to tell them i couldn't get the 5 dollars off my first online order i was told do it through the website. Whats the point of having the app then???

Updated review. Google asks developers to work with them to fix issues with app and the Nexus 5x camera interface. "Google is encouraging users to let developers know if their apps are affected by the issue. The company's Android developer relations team is also working alongside LG to locate these apps and help ensure the Nexus 5X's (phenomenal) camera always works the way owners expect." Scanner worked great on my Galaxy s5 but not with my Nexus 5x....the scanner is backwards and upside down. 5star if fix

Sent me an email saying download our free app and get a redemption code for something. Downloaded the app and it tells me my email is invalid

I tried using this app one time to order food. I was on the outdoor patio having some drinks, and saw the flyer and notices about this new app. I installed the app and placed an order. The device said my order would be ready in like 25 minutes or so. I checked the app, and it had given me a notification that my order was ready for pickup. When I went to the front counter to check on my order, the guy tried to lookup my order which wasn't on the system. Never found where actual order went.

I love this app I have used it sense it came out. I am a loyal customer and go to Native religiously! I'm giving you two stars because,like today, I don't get all my deserved points. I spent $40 not including the tax and only got 30 points. The app says a point for every dollar spent (not including tax) this has been happening for some time now and I think it should be fixed.

You get 6 wings for downloading this app! Unless your a computer programmer your screwed.You fill in your information then press sign up but then your prompted to agree to turms and conditions which there isn't a place to agree with them. Bravo!

I am going to start out giving this a two star. Have not even opened it yet and the permissions it wants are uncalled for! It wants your location,camera, flashlight,view tasks, full internet, read external storage, read internal storage, run at boot, use account credentials, read phone state, vibrate, wake lock, write external storage, write settings, receive messages, read google services. So I can understand some of this, but no alot of it you do not need. I will block most of them and see how all works. One star now because blocking unneeded permissions and the app won't even load! There is no reason for an app of this type to have the amount of permissions requested.

The employees are great, and I was being reminded of my free wings but forgot all about going to get them, oh well next time. Keep up the good work guys.

Recently native decided to no longer include all of your purchase to generate points namely omitting alcohol purchases. Ridiculous. A sports bar that has a loyalty app which doesn't count half of your purchases? Terrible.

No longer counts toward cocktails. Very bad.
