Pretty good app. The rewards is basically every 10 visits gets you a free entrée and I hadn't gotten a text for the previous program for like 7 months. So in my opinion way better than the previous one. It's seriously just entrée and a drink. There you go. 10$ just like most other places.

Went to the store and the iPad said I had 29 visits. Agreed to have the text sent to me for the app. App was supposed to covert 10 points per visit. Was expecting 90 points and got 50. Pretty disappointing....

It's nice that they have a rewards/loyalty program but i wonder how long people will be screwed out of the cents spent? Only whole dollars spent being rewarded is beyond pety.

The revisions to the rewards program are very disappointing. I have been a customer of LAC since it was under the ownership of the founder. Much has changed. Quality of food, service, and now, this rewards program have slipped to an all time low.

I seem to earn rewards and get promos at a nice rate. App is always reliable. The only negative is that the app asks for more permissions than I think is necessary upon install.

It's disappointing how much they messed with their loyalty program. Leeann Chin was already overpriced when you consider the portion sizes, but now you have to go there approximately 13 times in order to earn one free entree. So, it's not really worth your time to use this app each time you go to Leeann Chin, and that's a shame.

App is beautifully designed. However; the new program is terrible and not an incentive at all!!! Spend $100 to get a free $8 meal?! The return on investment in comparison to its predecessor is hot garbage. Revamp and re-release. Uninstalling and going to be blasting leeann chin on social media over this. So much for customer appreciation....

I was skeptical at first when I saw some of the reviews but much to my delight I recieved 70 points for being part of the old loyalty program, plus I recieved a free entree just for downloading the application. They are also giving me something for free on my birthday. I also like how the app is simple with the tabs at the bottom.

Nice looking app but I don't like the new rewards program. This seems like a step backwards. On the bright side I'll be saving some money now not eating there as often.

The app is well designed, the program sucks. Lost all my visits upon conversion and started at 0. This is basically a tiny rebate for frequent customers who are their heaviest spenders and who are diligent enough to keep track of their visits. You broke the cardinal rule of rewards programs: you took something that was easy and you made it harder PLUS you set the bar higher. How exciting, cents on a $10 meal...not. The program is of limited value and doesn't offer a meaningful incentive to choose LeAnn Chin over most competitors. Seriously, whatever consumer research was done probably wasn't enough. I'm uninstalling and de-enrolling from text messages - it's not even worth the space on my phone.

Shorted me on points on conversion. Store employee verified it but support would not fix. Apparently they convert based on non-curremt data and current day visits are lost. later visits did not give me points and tech support did not resolve after I provided receipt data. No bogo offers received with new app - folks who did not convert still get them. This app, poor design of program, and unhelpful support are doing their best to kill a long term customer relationship that began when the company first started. And based on comments friends and store employees have made it is having the same effect with many others. I have been told one can not switch back to the old loyalty program. And today I discovered (via Norton security app) that this app is being flagged as a privacy risk and a battery drain due to its continually sending geolocation data back to their servers. It is time to seriously consider giving up on the loyalty program, this app, and the company itself.

No reward program here $100.00 for a free meal....big deal. It said I would get free meal for just signing up....no free meal.....scam

If you spend at least 10 bucks that's a free meal every 5 visits ppl complaining for nothing

Any app that advertises in notifications deserves a 1-star rating. The notification shade should NOT be used for ads.

App is ok but this is 2 steps back from the current reward program. You now have to spend $100 to earn a free entree which is too much. Lots of positive reviews from the first day the app came out likely from Leeann Chin employees.

It's evident that the brainwizards at Leeann Chin spent a lot of time and money on this app. Perhaps they assumed that nice photos and a little color would blind their customers to the fact that they now have one of the worst rewards programs in the business.

Rewards program is now useless, you have to spend a lot more money to earn a reward. The app is OK

Thanks for the app! I'm liking the fortune points as it helps people who buys meals for their families get rewards faster. Definitely levels the playing field now.

Leeann Chin is overpriced as it is; they need to have larger portion sizes. However, the changes they made to the rewards program really suck.... Now it'll take so long to earn a reward that it's not even worth your time to bother using this app.

I usually get a text every other 2 weeks for a free entre but now I have to spend at least $100 to get a free entre lol wack, you guys just lost a customer.

Downloaded the app and linked my Facebook but never got the free entrée. Dumb
