Many times it won't accept the receipt and when I email i don't get a response from them. And then last night I scanned a 17 dollar receipt and this morning I saw the dial go in reverse and leave me with 3. And when I tried to scan it again it said the receipt was already used. So...it seems they like to say they offer rewards but maybe they make more money when it "messes" up. Gonna report to GM and let them know this appears to be a scam. They offer but you don't really get it. The worse. The developers don't care and neither do the employees. They shrug and say oh well. We have been having problems.

Scamming people. The receipts won't scan. I emailed them and no response. They don't give a rat's butt. I spent 30 dollars between two purchases and I should be close to a 5 dollar reward but no they want to act like this and use the app to scam people. I already know I won't get a response it's been 2 weeks now. I willl NOT buy from Farmer Boys ever again for being scammers who don't care about their customers. I am done with this horrible company. Their corporate doesn't care they keep hiring new employees in corporate they never call back.. etc Inn n out and chic til a are way more professional than Farmer Boys

This company does not send out birthday offers like they say and gives all kinds of bs when I ask the restaurant, then have to deal with the developer of the app which is ridiculous, stay away and go somewhere else!

I received my birthday gift and $5 for signing up. They have really great offers and am always greeted with a smile at drive thru.

They not give you the $5 after downloading the app....

So it was a day after my BDAY and I took my daughter to Farmers and was planning to use the great free offer that they gave me for my Bday. It was a free entrée. So I went and tried to use it not knowing that they do not do VIF. So for two, I spent 35$. Employee said they don't do it bcus it would cost the store 1000s of $$$ to do a VIF. Wow, idk if the store is too dam cheap or plain greedy.

I had to edit, due to the incorrect reply from Farmer Boys (or the software developers at Punchh Tech covering their tails). Not only did I receive 5 notifications on my phone (in one day), it also sent me 5 emails. Every single notification and email was for the same cup of coffee; I have the screen shot to prove it. The reply is flat out false. That's my complaint to the app developers. As far as the Farmer Boys marketing team: their emails rarely contain offers (they sent an email to everyone saying that they are going to stop sending out emails, only to send more emails), their offers comical (free cookie with the purchase of a value meal, one free cup of coffee), and $120 to cover a free meal is greedy. Ground beef, potatoes and soda are cheap. Step your game up. The food is great, app is pointless, and marketing team is sub par. OP: This morning the app sent me 5 notifications informing me that I was about to lose out on a free cup of coffee. Oh boy! Also, it sent me a couple notifications in the past that was offering a free cookie with a purchase of a meal. A cup of coffee and a free cookie is not going to lure a grown man to Farmer Boys. Uninstalling.

Employee forgot to give me receipt so I could scan it and earn my "points". Instead I got a small ticket with a number and the total amount I spent. No barcode. After I contacted the app admin, scanned and sent the ticket, explained in detail what happened, they still would not credit my points. Went back and forth through email. It was only 8.00, but I didn't know Farmer Boys were hurting that bad to not give a recurring customer their earned points. Very disappointed and now I don't frequent it as much as before. Btw, the transaction was in drive-thru.

3 separate occasions I went to farmer boys twice in the same day (24 hours) and the app would not scan the second receipt. So I have to wait til the next day to scan and old receipt. And of course by the next day it's either in the trash or damage. I still don't have my reward even though I've visited and spent well over the amount necessary for the tiny $5 discount. As long as its not an old receipt it shouldn't matter how many in the same day. It could at least accept 2 or 3 per day...

It malfunctioned and I had to start over, and I lost my points, $ credit, and info, and when I tried to re enter and install it, I not only lost my previous info but I didnt even get a $5 credit for signing up. So very unhappy and disappointed. Would not personally recommend this.

It should let you scan multiple receipts in a single day because you bought something to get those multiple receipts. I don't always buy my desert with my meal in case I'm too full for desert. I shouldn't be penalized because I made multiple transactions.

The food is to die for its so good! So is the service here! My husband & I always come to the Chatsworth store! Great Location, Food & People is the selling point for us. ...although the prices are a bit steep!

First trip to a farmer boys here in Southern California and we really enjoyed it burgers were good and Fries were very very good. We'd come back

Downloaded and used it for the $5 off that they start you off with and then uninstalled it because it's worthless after that. Farmer Boys should fire this piece of trash coupon company!

Had hard time finding rewards so hard that young lady that works at farmer boys couldn't figure it out when finally found it everything is expired

I was told at drive-thru that I would get $5 for downloading the app. So I'm at the order window with the app trying to redeem the $5 code and it hangs on the redeeming/loading icon for 2 minutes while a car is waiting behind me. So I'm this is bull... ended up paying the full price. Uninstalling this app.

The description of the app says you can order from your phone but I can't find how...? Description: "Find the closest location, earn rewards, access menus, and ORDER ON YOUR PHONE."

Every single time I scan it it says there's an error...

It's a lot to spend for such a small discount.. I appreciate the discount, but I wish it was at least ten dollars or a free meal. I don't even think I can get a natural cheeseburger with 5 dollars off..

When I use a coupon they don't give the receipt to scan she said they have to keep it,is that true? My need help tab doesn't work to ask this question through the app.
