Costa Vida is good. This app is terrible. It's awkward and slow. Sometimes blocks scanning receipts. My wife ate there with friends and when she was done, she bought food to bring home for me. We have two receipts from one visit yet the app is saying I can't scan one. The old cards would have given rewards without the hassle.

App is handy, but if I visit Costa twice in one day I can't redeem my points from both purchases. Disappointing. Still love Costa. :)

App permission are crazy. Why do they need access to my phone and call logs? I'd rather not get an app that wants to keep a log of all my phone calls.

App promises free food for reviews but doesn't give you any.

Not a very attractive reward program. Competitors program is more aggressive and attractive.

Doesn't have a scanner and won't let me put my points from my card on to redeem.

Can't get it to work most of the time. It says fetching details before it just doesn't load or crashes. Which is too bad because I have money to redeem.

Mr. PunchhTech I need serious help! I registered with FB but I deleted my FB account a few months ago. My C.V. app was working (today) until I logged out. Since my FB account no longer exists, the C.V. app cannot recognize me! I have $100 worth of food to redeem! Help!!! P.S. The Need Help feature is blank and doesn't do anything.

The app is MASSIVE taking up over 25 MB. That's insane! It takes several seconds to open because of this, too. You never get random rewards, there are no coupon codes within the app, and the daily specials aren't listed. It takes $50 spent to earn $4 back. The rewards are weak-sauce and the most INFURIATING thing is that the codes are only good for TWO DAYS from purchase! McDonald's gives you a week to complete their survey! Lastly, the fact there is no card anymore sucks. Old system > everything else.

The button to redeem my credit code is no longer allowing me to tap it to scan the bar code to get my credit. Can you fix it, please?

It won't let me order online! Every time I click on order and choose my restaurant it says it's loading and then..nothing.

Can't order online, button doesn't do anything, I restarted phone and reinstalled app, still can't order online with it.

Can't redeem all the money we spent there so unless.

Love this. Free food, specials, and discounts.

In the good old days when you were lucky enough to get a survey on your receipt, you would get a code for a free dessert. Now with the app it says to complete a survey for free food. But once you finish the survey there is no code or instructions on how to claim the free food. It doesn't even tell you what the free food is. Our location is great so I like filling out the survey. But if you're going to entice people to fill it out, then you should give them what you said you would.

Seriously why do we need an app now for every store we shop at or restaurant we go to? I'm tired of businesses assuming we want apps. The old reward system with cards worked just fine and was awesome. Now we have to have 1 more app to get rewards.

Thank you for the help. I switched phones and downloaded the app to my new phone. Then I couldn't login. It said it didn't recognize my email, even through they would send me emails. The IT support reached out to me and we got it fixed. Love the app. Thanks again.

For the functionality the app provides (menu, info, order taking, points) it takes up way too much space. 25+Mb is ridiculous, you do not need the hi-def pictures of burritos to function. Aim for 5Mb app size or less and I'll give you guys a positive review. Your app is on a mobile platform, so design it for one. Additionally the amount of permissions required by the app is frightening, and the rewards you get back for using it are minimal. This is to say nothing of the bugs. Get your crap together.

I hate this app. You have to be in range of the store to earn points, and it tells you your receipt is old after like 2 days.

The app is good, but really - the Richland WA Queensgate location is outstanding in both quality and service and they're why I got this app. Everybody knows, too, good food makes a punchcard app tastier.

I was never able to connect my Facebook account, not a good way to input your birthday.

When you order online it doesn't email you a barcode to scan and they don't give you one when you pick up your food. So how are you supposed to redeem your points for the order.

Points have trouble loading.

The Tooele UT location is the best I love this place and the app makes is easy to order.
