This is honestly the worst food app I've ever used. The first time I tried it my order wouldn't go through and the second time it wouldn't allow me to change the way I wanted the sandwich...all I wanted was American cheese but apparently that's not allowed or something. The food really isn't that good for their high prices either. I could only eat half my meatball sub because it was disgusting and for $13 it should taste a lot better.

Frustrating! Why is there a 2 hour time limit when you redeem an offer? Make it at least 24 hours and warn users beforehand.

READ EVERYONES REVIEWS AND FOCUS ON THAT! THEY ALL PRETTY MUCH SAY THE SAME THING! REWARDS EXPIRE WAY TOO SOON, BACK BUTTON TAKES YOU TO THE MAIN MENU WHEN BACK OUT OF A SUB, AND YOUR OWN EMPLOYEES DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE APP! COME ON! JUST PAY TO HAVE THE APP DONE BY PROFESSIONALS!

UI is a bit clunky but manageable. But apps like this are the first I remove when running out of space on the internal memory. App should allow you to move it to the external memory card. Then it might have a less of a chance of getting removed completely.

What's the point of a mobile site or app if you can't place an order "invalid basket rejected by the POS system". Very helpful message.

Do yourself a favor and just pick up your food. Capriotti's would also do well in teaching their employees about the app and how it works because none of them even knew what the app could do or what it entailed which was frustrating when you have an issue . I ordered delivery through the app at 2:30 this afternoon and received my order at 4:45 p.m. please keep in mind this was after calling the restaurant 3 times waiting on call back from a manager and finally getting the driver to my door who seemed reluctant to bring the order up. The crazy thing was at the driver picked up the food and drove around for 45 minutes when we live so close to Capriotti's. Uninstalling today.

Can be a pisser at times. Better than other restaurant apps. I'll be happy when they tweak it

App works. Rewards program is the worst. Rewards expire way too quickly. You either earned the reward or you didn't. The rewards program restrictions leave such a bad taste in my mouth that I find I now have a negative impression of the company as a whole. If you are getting the app for the rewards, you will likely be dissatisfied.

Horrible UI and UX. when trying to order the back button takes you all the way to the apps home screen not the previous sub section. Text fonts and background are horrible choices. Adopt some Android standards. Notification icon us an eyesore and doesn't match latest android standards.

Love their food but this app sucks. It crashes often and if you press the back button, your order disappears.

Was told I had a $2 off coupon, hit redeem, and coupon disappeared. My order was completely erased before I could check out. No delivery option. I love cappriottis, but this app is terrible.

App is fine, decent interface, works. The loyalty program is useless, points earned expire. Bad programs make restaurants feel worse than if there was no program at all.

My entire family have been customers of Capriotti's since I was a child. We have always enjoyed the food! I absolutely love the Bobbie! However, I'm afraid that I will not be a customer any longer! I ordered a Large Cheesesteak that was $15.99. When I arrived home to eat, I opened the sandwich & was Very disappointed! It had very little steak on the roll. I called the store & the manager said that the steak is portioned that way & there was nothing he could do. He did apologize, so that was nice! So I suppose the next time I want to purchase a roll for $15.99, I will return as a customer... until then I will be telling this story to all of my friends & family. Oh & by the way, we are from New Castle County, where the 1st Capriotti's was started... goes to show what happens to your product when you franchise!

Set up app ordered and paid on line earns 2 free caps but can't redeem them because I paid for my order online so what is the point so I want to scan my viset absolutely no place to do that on the app what are you supposed to do

App won't allow me to receive my free sandwich. I have emailed 4 times with no reply. Maybe a good old punch card might work better. ...... I never saw the 14 days expiration.Which is not good I had to pay for 10 sandwiches,around $100 and now I have to use it within 14 days....BS. By the way I tried to redeem the sandwich on the 14th day. The app did not work

My whole family loves and craves their sandwiches, especially the Bobby. But its impossible to get it delivered , they are too busy, dont deliver at all, some do only before 2 pm and grub hub goes to one place and its $9.99 fee plus forced 20% tip. They are loosing alot of money from this , cause no one wants to sit in their small uncomfortable dining room. Yuck.

These guys make a great man salad for me in the resturaunt, but this site will not allow me to double down on chicken. Pretty limmited. I also thought the timer on the launch coupon was annoying. I purchased my order on the app, but could not figure out how to use the coupon for that order. Now it is expired. :(

I dont really bother with most apps but i love Capriotti's so i figured id download it. The app is great and simple to use. The customer service section is also amazing, they had a bug that wouldnt let me redeem anything in the promotions and offers. I sent a message to the customer service and they did me one better. They fixed it and because i missed a free sandwich offer they gave me another one. They are the best.

Can't redeem promotions for orders placed online. Only two options for soup with sub combo when there are four in store options. Ease of use for this app is kind of a joke aswell. Fix all of that and you'll have not only a happy customer willing to recommend your products, you'll also get 5 stars on this review... ball is in your court.

With the recent update i've been having an issue where everytime i go to get my deals it glitches out and keeps saying "fetching deals" non-stop. I have to shut down app because it freezes up.

App is worthless.. Uninstalled and ordered online. Stupid

I used to really like this app but I haven't been able to add my receipts since August. No deals either. I uninstalled it.

The rewards won't load. Used to work fine till upgrade.
