Won't run on my Nexus 5X

Downloaded this app because no has come out to check the downed power lines across our drive way and the downed trees across our road for 3 days. When I enter my address it says it's not in the area for the app . Last I checked I live in Leon county

This is what it's about

I use this app mostly to pay utilities and occasionally to communicate a problem with the city. Service is always fast and the interface is smooth. It's easy to access my account wherever I am and I have yet to experience any malfunctions while using this app.

I wanted this app so it could save me time and money when paying my utilities but it only accepts check payment abd I don't like or use checks...when you add debit abd credit card payment to app then I will re download and put it to use

Downloaded the app because the "report an outage" Web page wasn't loading addresses, open the app click "electric outage" opens same non-working webpage... thanks

It works well but i have to go to the play store to open it. Wont open from regular tab. Have to go to the play store. Ones its opened its great.

Logging into this app is more frustrating than trying to drive in LA traffic.

The idea of this app is first rate. Unfortunately, the implementation is poor. The most maddening thing is it's behavior when the virtual keyboard is visible. After entering text one normally needs to go back to the form or doc to scroll down, move to another text box, etc. The standard Android UI allows the user to hit the "Back" link (usually a virtual button /link on the bottom of the phone near the "Home" button/link. Doing so in this app closes the whole form and returns the user to the previous screen. An alternative would be to touch the screen somewhere other than the keyboard in order to hold and swipe upward to scroll down. This does not seem to work in the app. What usually happens is that either the same thing as the previously described behavior, or some unexpected execution occurs, such as attempted login (BEFORE the password is filled in) on the login screen. There is also no way to check for updates to the app.

Doesnt work. Cant look at your bill. Tells you to enable cookies in your browser. Its an app!!! Whats the point???

Called in to report garbage blowing across the neighborhood from a rental property. Garbage folks told me this way was the best way to submit for a code enforcement problem. Right, except that's not an option. If your staff is going to plug this god-forsaken mobile website in an app please instruct then what it can and cannot do!
