The app is OK. I haven't found much benefit to the app over visiting the city website. In fact, many parts of the app are just loading the webpages. That's a bit disappointing, since loading content this way doesn't make it very friendly to read or navigate. I liked the idea of submitting request tickets using the app, but the only categories of requests at the moment are Graffiti Removal, Neighborhood Watch, and Weeds. It'd be great if we could report more things. Dangerous intersections, pot holes, broken streetlights, etc.

The separate Public Stuff app seems to work better after you pick Santa Clara. It remembers utility/library logins, and lets you view utility bills. Neither of which worked in this app for me.
