Philly 311

3 months after I submitted a request, they finally update it to "in progress". Yet, they already sent a rep to my complex with no notice. They don't even know what they're doing. Waste of a download.

Reported n City came out to close it up...but house may still be in danger of falling..hopefully they'll be back soon..

Fast response to my request for snow plowing. Status update came within 8 hours of request and service rendered within an hour later.

It is so great to be able to report safety issues that I see around my neighborhood. In the few weeks I have been using this app I have reported several safety issues and graffiti sightings. It is great to backup my written request with pictures. The email updates are great too.

Like the rest of Philly gov projects, the app doesn't work. App starts. Says something went wrong. Hit retry and it gives the same prompt.

Neighbor has been running generator or whatever out back non stop, all day and night and no one fro 311 has responded to my complaint at all !

The Philly Streets Dept do fix the potholes that are reported using this app. It may take a few weeks, but it's better than nothing. Just use it to report stuff in Philly!

No way to quickly view your own requests (need to navigate to all requests then change view to just yours). Still freezes or can't locate map location on occasion. Some forms like graffiti removal needs improvement (no way to request power wash some it forced you to pick a paint color or does not have location of corner on building).

Just downloaded it. Every time I try to open the app my screen turns white and doesn't work. Will change rating once it starts working.

I submitted an abandon vehicle twice and the stupid car is still in front of my house. I'm sick of it. 5 months with no help with this app. When asked about no one replies to my request. I guess I will call.

I've reported many potholes on this app. Everytime I report one the next day the status of the report is marked completed when nothing has been done. I understand it might take a while to fill in a pothole expecially snice there's so many, and traffic is a pain to work around, but what's the point of the app if it doesn't take requests serious. If I report a pothole the status should only be marked completed when completed.I don't care if it takes a year do something about the pothole just don't blow it off

With this app, it's easy to report problems to the City of Philadelphia. No need to find a city department's phone number or email address. The response to reports of graffiti is fast, usual the same week.

After scrolling down for a few minutes, the app closes...every time. Enough that I'm going to delete it. Too frustrating.

What a great idea!

The best thing about the app is the ability to use their GPS to pinpoint the exact location where a certain service needs to be worked on.

Updating my review because the latest version fixed all my issues. Good app!
