directed to this app to report damaged street sign but app dose not have damaged street furniture as an option?

Are the reports that are submitted monitored ? Been waiting 4 days for a responce

****Data protection violated**** Submitted a request using this app. Ensured I changed setting from public to private. However the request is visible to all. my advice... Don't install / use this app unless you want your personal details shared.

Put in a request, but app just sat there and did nothing. Very apt for the Council. A good idea but would help if it worked.

I put in a request but could not submit it , tryed 4 times but it would not do anything, so uninstalled in and started again had to use a different email and it's still not working, it will not recognise the cycle ways/ footpath s

I find this ok to use and have managed to enter all relevant information eventually but once i press submit it just shows submitting but never gets submitted so it is in need of some work to get it working as at the moment it is useless but shows good potential if fixed

Works well when it does work but unfortunately this is very rare!

Shame it won't recognise my address I would have used it. Why can't you manually type in an address?

Created account to report an issue. Tried to submit it and it wanted me to log in again and then said someone else had this email address so wouldn't submit my report. Should have phoned instead as have wasted loads of time on this. Oh and didn't recognise my address

Pity, it could be much better if it just worked.

If it would actually work it potentially would be great, however as it stands its a waste of space on my phone.

What a complicated faff to report something. To start with you have to know exactly where you are, which has to be on a street. What about open spaces? And it freezes all the time anyway. I've uninstalled it and reverted to 'Love Clean Streets. But for simplicity the developers need to look at Trolleywise app. Sadly it's only for reporting trolleys, but all you have to do is take a photo and it automatically gets your gps position for sending the report

Looks good but currently revealing a lot of personal data of individuals (name,address,email,phone etc) reporting fly tipping and such like. Reduced to 1 star as keeps crashing & refuses to take a report.
