1-camera flash won't work in app. 2-Only saves new tickets as DRAFT, can't tell if it actually gets submitted. 3-takes too long if trying to submit more than one ticket. 4-have to stop app to create addtl tickets bcuz it retains prior ticket info & can't tell if prior ticket actually submitted. 5- no follow up received to know issue received by city or when/if resolved or referred out.
