Douglas Delivers is a platform solution for providing Douglas residents and visitors access to local government services. With this app, you can submit service request (potholes, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc.) directly through your mobile devices or the City’s website. This will automatically get routed to the correct department for proper handling. Once completed, you will receive a notification through your email or phone that the service request has been resolved.
