The app was amazing when it was released. I utilized it and my reports were fixed in a timely manner. Now, the app has gone downhill. It requires an address for an issue to be reported. What about all of the roads along front street that do not have any houses on them? I cannot report the immense amount of potholes there? That is ridiculous! Additionally, the rating system is gone! My last two reports were completely ignored and were updated to "Resolved", yet nothing was actually done! The street is still as bad as it was when I reported it, if not worse! What happened, Binghamton???
