Got kicked off their phone system 3 times before I got through. Then couldn't communicate properly because their phone system kept cutting in and out. Whole mornimg a waste.

Very confused. I think I submitted my time correctly it was definitely late though. This app didn't work I had many of the same problems mentioned in previous reviews. Anyone know if there is a Facebook discussion group about this? I'd like to join and compare notes. Anyone interested look me up on Facebook.

Kind of sucks that I can't use this for my job as an easier way to record time on my timesheets. It worked for one day and then stopped, and it'd be great if it could start working again. Mostly because it would be less time consuming and a simpler way to input time. Until then, I might just delete it since it's just wasting space on my phone.

App doesn't work, freezes, when I was able to log in once, it froze up. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it three times, nothing works! This app is the worst. I never give bad reviews but this app is the worst one, I've ever used! It needs a lot of work before it is operational.

I am having issues with submitting my hours for the day. It says "The time-sheet WIP line table cannot be changed because it is locked by another user. Wait until user is finished and then try again." I have been trying to submit my hours for hours now.

I'm trying to submit my timesheet and it keeps saying dead lock, another user is using it. Called customer care they said the system is busy to try later, I've been trying all flippin day!! I'm even trying at midnight now and still the same bs!! I rather call in my invoice like I use to. I hate this new system!! Very upset .. I better get paid I know that!!

Can't get it to even save what I've entered into the system. Called the customer service # was on hold for a very long time, never talked to anyone. I tried to submit a message via the contact us button and it said I didn't have access to email them. Why change the call in SSPS 800 # in the first place? The phrase if it ain't broke don't fix it comes to mind. Also cannot get the system to submit error says WIP cannot process due to another user having it locked and to try again later, have tried every hour.

I have had nothing but problems with this app, and its sad because this is how I'm supposed to get my pay check to pay my bills. I wish your company would figure this out, it should have never been changed.

App has been "under maintenance" for over a month. Prior to that it wouldn't let you load/save hours as you work. What could be a great tool is actually more headache than it is worth. **Will update if extensive "maintenance" results in IPOne fixing these issues.

It is buggy and lags making entrys. And nearly impossible to save, always some other user has it locked. Who is that anyway? Get a decent server folks. If I cant enter time I dont get paid...or is that your plan? This app is stealing time from the clients.

Like everyone else has already mentioned, this app is not functioning at all. I've been trying did the past week. Evidently it is now completely down. Hope this gets fixed asap.

Keeps telling me I am deadlocked with another user, even though I am the sole provider for my clients and no one else should be editing my time sheets. Very slow and buggy. I am kind of concerned that my time will not get entered properly. I also tried to do it on the desktop site and the same thing happened.

Nothing but problems since day one. As caregivers we don't deserve this with all the stuff we already do for such little money...We as caregivers need to rally all together and get this fixed!! Piece of crap keeps saying it is deadlocked by another user. what a crock. and customer service doesn't know anything. and using what they approved i am losing a couple hours a month now. Finally got through to customer service and now told payments for march invoices are going to be on april 1,8th, 15th.

Doesn't work. The website also doesn't work. They are sending me stuff in the mail demanding i take action about reporting my hours, but the freaking thing wont let me. It's now past the deadline to submit my hours, yet its not even been an option to do so. I've tried several times per day. Why would I just choose to ignore my paycheck? I have bills to pay too, like everyone.

A few people have reported seeing a number on the welcome screen. That's the ID that was used to log in with, not the password. A password is never displayed!

I've had my direct deposit set up since December with them and have checked multiple times to make sure it was still right and it said it was approved... Then payday comes along and I get nothing. I sat on hold for over an hour on the 1st and then got a voicemail saying they would call me back during normal business hours at 4pm. Wtf?!? Then today the guy on the phone basically said I was an idiot cause we only switched over this month so my check was mailed since my direct deposit isn't set up. Grrrrrrrr!!

People in my home town are behind on mortgage payment from day one when the state of Washington forced caregivers to use this company for reporting hours and payroll.
