Cannot submit time sheet. Not with the app nor with my computer on the website. Not ready for primetime. This really sucks. Another user locked message. Got kicked off their phone system 3 times before I got through. Then couldn't communicate properly because their phone system kept cutting in and out. Whole mornimg a waste.

Very confused. I think I submitted my time correctly it was definitely late though. This app didn't work I had many of the same problems mentioned in previous reviews. Anyone know if there is a Facebook discussion group about this? I'd like to join and compare notes. Anyone interested look me up on Facebook.

This sucks! Maybe we should go back to calling in since they can't handle technology. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

This system needs to be fixed as soon as possible please. It doesn't work I can't even log in.

Kind of sucks that I can't use this for my job as an easier way to record time on my timesheets. It worked for one day and then stopped, and it'd be great if it could start working again. Mostly because it would be less time consuming and a simpler way to input time. Until then, I might just delete it since it's just wasting space on my phone.

App doesn't work, freezes, when I was able to log in once, it froze up. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it three times, nothing works! This app is the worst. I never give bad reviews but this app is the worst one, I've ever used! It needs a lot of work before it is operational.

I am having issues with submitting my hours for the day. It says "The time-sheet WIP line table cannot be changed because it is locked by another user. Wait until user is finished and then try again." I have been trying to submit my hours for hours now.

I'm trying to submit my timesheet and it keeps saying dead lock, another user is using it. Called customer care they said the system is busy to try later, I've been trying all flippin day!! I'm even trying at midnight now and still the same bs!! I rather call in my invoice like I use to. I hate this new system!! Very upset .. I better get paid I know that!!

Can't get it to even save what I've entered into the system. Called the customer service # was on hold for a very long time, never talked to anyone. I tried to submit a message via the contact us button and it said I didn't have access to email them. Why change the call in SSPS 800 # in the first place? The phrase if it ain't broke don't fix it comes to mind. Also cannot get the system to submit error says WIP cannot process due to another user having it locked and to try again later, have tried every hour.

I have had nothing but problems with this app, and its sad because this is how I'm supposed to get my pay check to pay my bills. I wish your company would figure this out, it should have never been changed.

App has been "under maintenance" for over a month. Prior to that it wouldn't let you load/save hours as you work. What could be a great tool is actually more headache than it is worth. **Will update if extensive "maintenance" results in IPOne fixing these issues.

It is buggy and lags making entrys. And nearly impossible to save, always some other user has it locked. Who is that anyway? Get a decent server folks. If I cant enter time I dont get paid...or is that your plan? This app is stealing time from the clients.

This app is always deadlocked! Can't enter time or mileage! Pay rate is wrong, PTO is missing! Customer service NEVER returns calls or picks up the line! Worst experience ever!

This app sucks and the people that run it SUCKS also you call the IT people and they say what? There's not a problem are you effing kidding me? No there's not a problem you can't even log into the dang thing!

Like everyone else has already mentioned, this app is not functioning at all. I've been trying did the past week. Evidently it is now completely down. Hope this gets fixed asap.

Keeps telling me I am deadlocked with another user, even though I am the sole provider for my clients and no one else should be editing my time sheets. Very slow and buggy. I am kind of concerned that my time will not get entered properly. I also tried to do it on the desktop site and the same thing happened.

Nothing but problems since day one. As caregivers we don't deserve this with all the stuff we already do for such little money...We as caregivers need to rally all together and get this fixed!! My name is rae dunn. Please network with me thru facebook so we can all start to stand up. This is not okay. This is our lives they are messing with up. Not theirs. We already don't get paid enough. Keeps giving me an error also. Has been doing it since we started this. Please fix the problem.

Piece of crap keeps saying it is deadlocked by another user. what a crock. and customer service doesn't know anything. and using what they approved i am losing a couple hours a month now. Finally got through to customer service and now told payments for march invoices are going to be on april 1,8th, 15th.

It will not allow me to enter my timesheets. Says I am deadlocked with another person. Also it says error and will not accept any timesheets. This is not a better system than calling, it is very stressful and I have put hours into attempting to enter my timesheets.

This app is a pointless waist of time! It would be a great tool if it actually worked. Its been under maintenance for months!

This might be the buggiest app I have ever dealt with- and it's needed for finances. I can't submit my time on either the app or the website. Someone needs to take accountability.

I have to keep on calling in because supposedly I'm putting in the wrong password. when I know I'm putting in the right one. I hate this new system.

Here we are, March 15th, time to submit our time sheets and the app, as well as the web site, will not accept them. Locked because another user is accessing them, according to the error messages. Please fix it.

Doesn't work. The website also doesn't work. They are sending me stuff in the mail demanding i take action about reporting my hours, but the freaking thing wont let me. It's now past the deadline to submit my hours, yet its not even been an option to do so. I've tried several times per day. Why would I just choose to ignore my paycheck? I have bills to pay too, like everyone.

Not respect from anyone who is over caregivers, state,case managers,payroll and starting to feel my Union don't care. This system sucks and all anyone cares about for caregivers is send us mail after mail ridiculous. Bad system.

Eventhough it says the website is done being fixed it isn't. This has been nothing but trouble. Another care provider is getting updated calls I can't even get through to call center.

A few people have reported seeing a number on the welcome screen. That's the ID that was used to log in with, not the password. A password is never displayed!

I've had my direct deposit set up since December with them and have checked multiple times to make sure it was still right and it said it was approved... Then payday comes along and I get nothing. I sat on hold for over an hour on the 1st and then got a voicemail saying they would call me back during normal business hours at 4pm. Wtf?!? Then today the guy on the phone basically said I was an idiot cause we only switched over this month so my check was mailed since my direct deposit isn't set up. Grrrrrrrr!!

I also have been trying to use this app and it tells me I'm locked out because someone else is using it. This is BS!! Just curious how we are going to get paid ?

Keeps erroring out, and doesn't update. It says it's locked by another user when there is no other user. This sucks!

The app is junk, along worth their online program, Never has worked. Today, lied to by employee @ Public Employer Partnership. People in my home town are behind on mortgage payment from day one when the state of Washington forced caregivers to use this company for reporting hours and payroll. I really dislike this company and the state

I should get paid for trying to get paid. What used to take 5 minutes to do has taken hours. Still not been able to submit anything.

Will not update! I'm tasked to use an ongoing problem program. Maybe it can't work on android systems....
