• Access to your device’s storage to give you the option to store the PB engage app in a SD Card.
• Access to your location to find the nearest Public Bank branches.

Can't log in because the app says it requires permission to read my contacts. I don't know why it would need to read my contacts to allow banking services though? Also this is by far the banking app with the most bugs. Have not faced any major issues with other banking apps. Please improve the software development team!

Cannot fund transfer, hlbb, MBB all can, only PBB apps cannot, go to branch, branch officer told that fund transfer have to be done by Browser Chrome. Lol. User unfriendly. Better close this apps.

False Alerts After I installed and launch the app, it's prompt me the security alert that Jailbreak/Rooted device cannot use the app. But my device is new and not even root yet. How's its algorithm to detect the rooted device? Security precautions is good but if it's not even work properly and false detection thn the app is just like nothing! Dumb app, dumb developer!

You guys should learn to make an app from CIMB. Your app is not stable and always find a way to make us frustrated. You can see there are so many negative reviews on this app but i don't see any improvements.

Hanya boleh bayar bil dan transfer kepada bill atau akaun yang dah di favourite kan sahaja. Masuk chrome, bayar bill, favourite kan bill mcm tnb astro dan air, kemudian boleh guna mcm biasa utk tempoh bill akan dtg, utk lebih sempurna, sett kan tarikh akan datang. Kelebihan cuma otp tak dihidekan mcm m2u dan mudah sikit nak sekali hafal.

After reading reviews written here, I still proceed to give this app a try myself, what I experienced is exactly same as others, instant fund transfer function to 3rd party is not working, have to use web browser. Uninstall.

There are limitation to do fund transfer to other accounts, paying bills to non-register accounts are not allowed. Please upgrade the apps. Thank you.
