it used to work, but i cant submit my photos for solutions. only text.

I used to be able to upload pictures and ask question. But now, I can't even upload a single picture! Please fix it.

Sometimes when I take a square photo, the app freezes,which is annoying. Also, the 3 question limit (the maximum number of questions you can ask a day) is too little. Lastly, there must be some kind of bug, because I saw a clone of what I posted even though I did not post my question twice.

I in uninstalled it and it appeared only 2 times...Then Blank!!!! In my moms phone it's working but not in this tablet...WHY????

Can't we delete our older post, like question we ask? Sometime after posting up something, the next minute i found the answer. i would like to delete the answer but i can't. So, overall if we can delete our own post, its good for other too! As the people can spent more time on those who needed the help more! I really do enjoy using Edusnap as it really helped me a lot in my homework!

Overall is good. Unfortunately, forgotten username and permanently log out of app. :(

Sine this morning, I cannot login using Facebook as normal giving error. As I forget password, I tried to get activation code via sms. Still error. So totally cannot login. I am a tutor answered 400+ questions since last 2 months and want continue to help students. Meantime I don't want loose history of my previous answers and star-like that I got so far. Please help to resolve the problem. I already sent a mail to your id. Thanks. Beside these minor issues. this is a fantastic application for students..

I can't logged in to Facebook

I'm unable to delete questions that I've posted after I was able to solve them which is very annoying. In addition the camera causes the picture to be too bright making me unable to see the question ceearly when I'm tying to take a picture of it.

I'm using samsung. I always see a blank page. Previous use this app is very helpful when i have doubt. There is ppl teaching step by step.

Hi, I always get a blank page after signing in with my Android tablet, don't know what happen. However, it works fine with my iPhone. Please help me solve this issue because I prefer to assess the app via the tablet. Thank you.

This app is great. It'll be worth full stars if there wasn't a three qns per day limit. Pls remove this limit thing or at least extend it. I feel that since this is an app where we can seek help from others online, there should not be a limit. But overall this app is great. It is just the limit thing that bugs me. I will surely recommend this to my friends.

Suddenly, my feed, notification, topic and My Q&A are empty. I already answered a lot of questions. What happened to my account? Did my account get hacked into?

It really guides you through and helps u if u need urgent help for tests or exam prep.
