No able dial any calls since last few days , please fix it I get check your connection error although my connection is perfectly alright. I tried to email you but it seem like your inbox is full and you can't accept new emails Pls help

Can't receive incoming calls while using app on even my home ptcl WiFi. Landline is ringing in front of me but nothing on my mobile although app is logged on. I can make call using app though.

Calls cant be received... international calls cant be made... videos calls don't work.. even with a powerful internet connection it lags...

This is the wrost app I downloaded! I am unable to make calls and receive calls from it. it just wants you to register yourself in this app, after that there is nothing you can do with it.what the hell was that! i justed wasted my 10 minutes of life!!

If you are free and have a lot of time then you can download this apps because this is not working and after complain many time to ptcl help line no any response from there site i am trying to solve incoming calls from last 20 days and regular call to help line but

Right now working well but still face a problem that if someone call me that not show to me and I can't answer but I call to any one from here if PTCL resolve my issue . I'll be very thankful

At present unable to make calls bug not fix app disappears and call sent from mobile instead of app, also checked profile setting but still problem persists.

It's all well and OK... Just need to add 2 more options, blue tooth support is missing,and copy paste function of any number. Regards

After update it asks to change password forcely after changing can't login after puting mail and pasword after 5mins it says check your network... i also tried to login my account on 2 different phones but same error no login occurs.. i aslo mailed you on given adress but no response...

Need Help immediately as while registering accidentally put incorrect email address since then I'm service is not being activated & moreover as wrong email is attached in registration no new account can be registered with the telephone number.

Forgotten the password and service not available create account and PTCL Error. Yet, HELLO TO THE FUTURE !

This application have few bugs. While calling any number it says service unavailable. And it takes longer time to solve the problem. Now i cannot sign in to the app. It says connection error

Company is not giving attention to it. You should resolve it's bugs/problems. Even after getting logged in when I try to call a landline number it made calls from my mobile network instead of app, which charge me money. Please sort these issues. I'm sure if this app got it's features working properly, it'll get you a lot of customers.

This is a crap. I already complaint a month before and same problem occur again. After i login to my account Few seconds later a message occur on my screen CHECK YOUR CONNECTION AND TRY AGAIN. My WIFI and 4G is working fine. What a app

Useless application due to application make not a competent persons or organization. Me dial a minimum 100 times but error received 480 / Temporary unavailable. Now 480 error remove and one new error found 500 / Service unavailable.. Please smart link team resolve matter immediately for enable to use your services otherwise is garbage.

AOA. PTCL it is a great app, I used to like it when it was properly, now I can make calls on mobile only. However I can't receive calls. When I call on my PTCL from mobile, then after 3 rings, message pop up on mobile that call is diverted but call does not connect to smartlink and network error message pops up. Please fix it to help me make/receive call from anywhere. Thanks

I am unable to activate my voice calls services on smartlink. Everytime i make call, it makes it through my sim card and not through landline. Moreover, it always shows the option 'voice disconnected' with red mark. Please help! Then i will give you 5 stars.

3rd class app with 4th class developers!!!! Jitny paisy is app sy kamaty ho at least uska 1% b laga do to perfect Android app ban jati hai. After update login issue chal rha but sasty log abi tak solution nehi aya. Reverse krdo update thats it!!!!!! Monthly 100+ rupees without any use k charge krlo bs!!!!!!

Why is it blocked from outside, can't sign in from Saudi Arabia ! We Pakistanis are leaving foreign to stable our economy and you guys are not supporting us. This is so unfair. This software should form from outside of Pakistan.

It's a favourable app, but, I cannot receive calls through my mobile, whereas, I can call on any number using this app. Please solve my problem.

This application is totally garbage. I have reported many times but neither developer nor any department took attention to it.

After approx 3 years from launch, after several requests on phone & email, still app is lacking basic functionality of supporting bluetooth headsets. A very simple n minor feature lacking in 2017. Pathatic

I have complained many times on 1236 to fix my issue with smart link app. Call forwarding and other calls option are active on landline no. But i can neither call to other phone no nor receive any call through smart link app. Please resolve this issue.

Tried the subject after PTCL posted ads and updated the app to ver 5.2 but it did not work. Would have given 5 stars if it did so.

Doesnt work.. waste of time.being the leading service orovider, I had expected a bit more refined app from ptcl. Contacted help but no response.

Very disappointing PTCL, Look at the name "smartlink" but app is too buggy and it is unable to proceed for registration even on 4g i read lots of user comments all have same issues almost please remove such a junk if you could give attentions to your customers. By the way worse customer services ever experienced with ptcl.

It does not work , i downloaded and tried to register however it keeps saying check ur connection try again however the internet is working fine . The idea is really good however needs to be fixed
