I am unable to register for an online account despite repeated attempts. The developer is not responding to emails.
LBC Express doesnt work and other couriers like SingPost, JapanPost tracking is not working. No more app update since dec2013. After paying, it's an abandonware.
First it was all sorts of inaccuracies, then it simply stopped working entirely. Don't waste your time or money on the Pro version! I'm uninstalling, even though I paid for it as Pro. What a frustrating mess.
This app used to work well enough and the developer even helped me out with an issue but when it stopped working a around the first of the year, the developer failed to respond to several emails. I gave up and looked for alternatives and saw that there are much better options now.
Liked the free version, paid for upgrade to pro. Registered for account, never received email to confirm, can't use pro features. Contacted dev via website, no response, have waited at least 2 to 3 days. Will change review if and when I hear back from support.
Don't Waste your Money on this App. It does not Work right anymore, You will see that ALL Packages Sent via UPS are Route on the Map thru Oklahoma. I tried for months to get a hold of the Developer and No answer back and you will see, that the Last Update of the APP was 2013.
Have to rate with one star as the app no longer paraphrases data from the Australia Post service under 'package details' just get "Unable to load package details. Please try again later", but under 'package website' tab the data shows up. I have reported this error twice by the internal error reporting. The latest update has not resolved the issue.
Been using this a few years now. NOTHING could make tracking packages easier. It's ridiculously useful. (And I'm one picky SoaB.) I personally think this guy should ask a few bucks more for it. It's simple, straight to the point, efficient and sensible. Even has maps that show you the various stages of shipping. This is an obvious deal. (Screw the crap 3.8 rating it currently has. That's just wrong.) Thanks!

Update* they added email parsing! Dont need to add a package manually as long as the tracking number is in the email! Woot. This thing has a lot of the bases covered. Room for growth comes with access to automate when a tracking number arrives in your inbox for an online purchase.
Most parts still work ... mostly, but it hasn't been updated since 2013/12/09. If I were getting into it now, I wouldn't get the pro version until support comes back.
Don't buy this until it is fixed. This is a decent tool when it works, unfortunately, that is now rare. Most of the services work well with the exception of China Post and DHL GM, which I use frequently. It does not update, so you have no status until USPS (for US users) is updated. It has been broken for more than a year.
Loved that application, but Purolator broke a year ago and Canada Post broke a month ago. Multiple emails went unanswered. Sent many tracking codes to test. Nothing.
I have tried them all. This is the one that works and has bells and whistles to boot! Buy this app if you need to track packages like I do for my business. Helpful devs, too!
Not the same awesome app it was when it launched. Certain carriers quit working. Move to option not working; all around getting worse not better. No response from e-mailing developers. Five star becomes one star :-(
Missing my most commonly used courier, CanPar Canada. Works well for other couriers and postal services, with the notable exceptions of China Post and Hong Kong post... but with those two, I expect the issue may be with the data from the post, not the app.
Compared this with AfterShip, and this being a paid app I'm disappointed. Cleaner design and faster updates on packages please. 2 stars until then.
The programme has stopped reporting package progress. Updates are shown as having taken place but nothing changes. 5 stars when fixed. Emailed them to request advice, no response!
Used to be perfect, but for the last few weeks it will take days or even weeks to add packages. Then they will all add at once. Seems like some kind of outage on their end. Makes pro pointless
Like others here have already said, this app hasn't been updated in a long time. It usually works, but the error I usually get is that packages will duplicate themselves, and I have to delete one of them, and sometimes they come back anyways. It sucks that the developer did not send out a official communiction that support was being abandonded we can could make plans to transition somewhere else. I have since moved to Deliveries Package Tracker.
This app used to work great. Now it fails to load any information on my packages...and just when I'm expecting a bunch of items for Christmas. Garbage. Do not buy.
This has been my "go to" app (and I have purchased the Pro version) for tracking my online purchases and subsequent shipping tracking information for two years. I've been very disappointed lately to find that the app CAN NOT find and/or read the OnTrac tracking information. Too bad! But there's another app (Package Tracker Pro) that is able to read all the most common shippers information. I've used the Package Tracker Pro app to successfully track: OnTrac, UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and DHL. Sorry Package Buddy! You should have keep up.
But it no longer seems to be able to track anything. I guess any little change to the carriers' webpages breaks the app, and the developer is no longer fixing it.

DPD, Post NL does not work. From all the list of supported delivery companies that I used for last couple of months, only DHL works for me.
Used to be the best. Pretty sure the developer had abandoned this app. I've seen several help requests that have gone unanswered. Such a shame.
The combination of a website and syncing across devices was great. Now, when I add a package to the app, its a crap shoot whether it goes to the website. Refreshing the package status will often cause a different package history to show up in the app. Its a buggy mess right now, and I am looking for new app.
Was an amazing tracking app when it worked. No other tracking apps come close to this apps features. Dev has let this app become dated and the server is no longer working, which means no data updates. Dev is no longer responding to emails. Server is down more than it is up. I really hope dev resumes support before this becomes abandonware.
Bought this app for my ebay items. It was ok on start but its no longer updated/maintained. ...needs periodic maintenance to ensure shipment api's are working
Bought the pro version, push notifications don't work. This app used to be great but now it's just awful. Devs need to get it together and fix this pile of crap already.
App always has trouble updating itself, takes incredibly long to update just a single package.
Has started to mix together shipments. Shows status of old shipments in new shipments. Says status updated 10 minutes ago, but the phone had been in flight mod for 2 hours. Developer not responding to queries.

Fedex no longer works. Updating statuses takes forever. Will look for something new.
I love this application!! I've tried all the other ones, & this one is simply the best. I've been using it for years. It keeps track of all my packages coming & going from basically every service. It keeps you posted & up-to-date as to where your package is or is not, if that is the case. I've had several packages enroute disappear along the way, or I've had packages that've gotten stuck in the post office due to incorrect postage & whatnot. This is just a super app for keeping track of your packages.
I've downloaded 4 other package tracking apps and payed for the pro version. This is the only one I still have. The layout is clear and easy to read. Just about everything is customisable and the best part is u can foward emails with tracking numbers the email address provided and it will auto add. Even gives u the option to set up multiple email accounts.
I cannot remember my password? Package buddy doesn't send me a reset link to my email address its been over 6 months now. I have to manually refresh packages because, I don't get any notifications
Used to work great, Refresh packages takes forever now and usually has no data , sort of disappointing really, this was a good app :(
