Redeem is broken on my phone, just a page that looks like an agreement that I can't accept and none of the links on the redeem page work. Only good for seeing point balance.

I have been unable to log in for at least a week, on my phone and on my laptop.

So far this app functions horribly.

This app opens to a blank screen quite often and has serious bugs. Whoever developed this needs to be fired and the app development needs turned over to a better organization.

Horrible ... unable to sign in some times or I just get a white screen when I do get in. Very slow loading when it does work. The only time I can get on without issues is on my laptop.

I could deal with the fact that it takes a long time to load and also the fact that most of the categories are blank; but the app constantly freezes, restarts, and kicks me out making it impossible to even research an item.

Set up account - the next time I tried to log in I couldn't. So, I had to change the password to get logged in - the 3rd time I tried to log in I couldn't, so I tried to change the password again but it's asking me security questions that I never set up! This app is not working...

What were you thinking? I have my set-up information written down. This thing will not let me log in! I damned well know what state my father was born in, and what month I got married, and it STILL says I'm wrong. Uninstalled, and you owe me for getting me this angry, you POS.

Absolutely worthless, had to uninstall. Don't waste your time!!!

When trying to look for any merchandise it would take forever to load. Then when you select something to look at, it would say login failed try again later. I was already logged in when this would happen. Don't waste your time with this horrible app.

This was worthless. It wouldn't let me log in. Questions were asked that I hadn't set up. You might as well not have this app

Showed if recent purchase activities are included in points total or is those points still at a pending status. Pages do seem to load slow.

I can see all points I have earned on the top of every screen, I can see where to get free bonus points and discounts and redeem if I want when I an not at my laptop. Easy to understand no matter what level you are with using apps.

This app performance is super slow. I have 25mg speed per second and still this app is slow. It needs more features too. Please fix it.

I tried to register. Call many phone numbers trying to get get registered and to see if I was eligible for this rewards program. Everyone was nice but I really no help.

Great app but it is painfully slow to load, I can get out the laptop, boot up, log in and get on the real website before this app logs in and loads.

Unfortunately, the app takes forever to load the categories, thus completely defeating its sole purpose. I am relishing the prospect of getting good usage out of this app. Kindly help fix this. Thanks!
