This is an application to create floating memo.
The character memo and the image memo can be made.
* Want to make the reply mail while seeing the content of the receive mail.
* Want to be able to come into sight at any time the business that can never be forgotten.
* Want always to see the face of an important person.
The notification for the start can be displayed in 'ongoing' of the notification bar.
Please select "Text memo" or "Image memo" from the menu after the application program starts.
(By tapping screen, the input screen of "Text memo" can be displayed. )
If you set 'Touch memo', by tapping the float memo, application starts and you can edit memo.
However, if a touch memo is used, a floating memo will no longer be displayed on a lock screen.
[Text memo]
The input text becomes a memo as it is.
Drag in the screen, you can move the text.
The text can be corrected by tapping screen.
[Image memo]
The image selected in the gallery etc. becomes a memo as it is.
Drag in the screen, you can move the image.
[Memo setting]
You can change
* Text size and color
* Frame size and color
* Background color
* Image alpha
* Base position of horizontal and vertical
* Permit out of screen
[Preference]
You can select
* Use ongoing bar
* Close notification
* Transparent background
* Silent share
* Auto clipboard
* Touch memo
The advertisement is not displayed in a pay version.

Im only available to use text writing and moving it on any directions. Where is transparency? Where is image uploading? I dont even have that menu from the down of the screen as it is on screenshot (LG G3)

This unusual app lets you configure exactly one overlaid note that is visible at all times (even on the lock screen!) If you want some bit of info to be visible at all times, this app is pretty useful. It would be better if there were an option to hide it when locked tho...

For me I would like the choice of text or writing by hand. I have tried many of the memory apps and this is the best because of the floating memo. Also memo settings is very helpful. Another big plus is Ad aware apps cannot access my tablet. Most memo apps are intrusive.

I wish it automatically copy everything that I copy and It will be great if there will be transparent mode because it covers half of my phone screen!!

but once it appeared on my homescreen, I couldn't get to my app drawer at all! Using Galaxy Note and stock TW launcher. I had to clear the data from the app! Also transparency doesn't work. Repositioning the memo doesn't seem to work all the time either. I was hoping it will be more like the "Banner" app but it just became too intrusive as it was on everything.
