DFNDR: Antivirus & Booster

I just downloaded this app about a week ago, and because of it, I feel more secure than I've ever felt with any phone before. It cleans up the unnecessary space used by apps, makes sure my battery doesn't overheat while charging, and the amount of security it gives you from stolen or lost phones is simply amazing. What's better, it's completely free! First android in 10 years, and I don't think I'll ever go back

I used several apps for antivirus, memory boost, and junk cleaning. They all have glitches in my system and present ads before you can perform a function. This one has ads but does the work first. I rate this one the best as user friendly.

It first I liked it bc it was niced and orgainized. But after a while my phone started overheating almost every day after a couple weeks,before I got this my phone wasn't over heating like this. If i was you I wouldnt get it! know im having trouble unstalling bc I have to deactivate it

I only used this because it came preloaded with my new phone. Using it was a mistake. Within a few days, my phone overheated almost constantly, prompting me to use it's "cool down" function, which offered only temporary relief for my phone. After using this app, my memory usage jumped to around 85%. Confused, I searched through all my apps usage, foolishly using the DFNDR app to do so. My phone began almost constantly stuttering, lagging, and generally becoming useless. When I actually dug into my settings and the application manager, it showed DFNDR as actively using 1.2 gb or more. The instant I uninstalled it, my phone went back to it's previous perfect condition. I actually reinstalled it just to write this review. Do not use this app. If it comes preloaded, uninstall it immediately.

Riddled with ads annoying as hell. With no where to buy anything to unlock a full version. Clearly besides the clean up and maybe the optimized section this app.. it's only purpose and used to profit whom ever published it.....

I'm insanely unhappy with the app. I loved it at first, but then while running a clean today of my memory and junk files, my sd card corrupted. I lost all my pictures and music, and have to pay 60$ to a local computer store just to try to recover my stuff.

This app works well most of the time. Occasionally it does stop working mid-stream. I do like the AppLock feature on this application, however. Overall, it is not a bad application for phone maintenance and security. Bug fixes should smooth out alot of the lockup problems.

I got a New phone and I uploaded this app at first I had problems with it so I had to uninstall it, then I reinstalled it and now it has been seven months and I love the fact that it let's me know that there's a viruse in an app that I have opened. VERY HAPPY NOW*****

I install this app and push start. I push to allow the location after that my phone freeze up completely. I can't even to shut down my phone.. It's sick app. Uninstalled it right away..

I can't do anything on my fun cause of this dumb app, I wish I could delete it but no I can't because I have to "deactivate" it even though there isn't even any options giving me that choice and it just completely stops running my apps when I turn my phone off for a second unless I'm on that app.

I have had problems with malware in the past. This app seems to have fixed the problem. My phone is fast and working better than ever. Thanks a lot

This app is very stupid i can't take it off my phone. It won't let me deactivate it. PLEASE HELP ME or else i will break this phone. I had enough with these damn ads.

It does ok if i use it 10 times a day. I dont need it that often. Now i can't even remove it from my phone. It cause freezing and other issues so i will open the app to see the stupid ad.

It slowed my phone down after about a month of working well. It would freeze and overheat every time I would boost or clean my phone using the app. One cleaning even deleted all my music! Do not download!! You have to go to your settings and then security to deactivate. Then shut off your phone and go uninstall it. It was a mess and a complete headache

I like but I don't want it it has too many ads..and its annoying all this ads before I unluck my phone they just keep pop out... Plz help to remove the app.

I ran this program on my phone it only took 7 min to complete, it issued a report for each diagnostic and met the problem with a solution. Of course it just finnished but alrradybse Ms to be better

Get rid of it if you can. Others are saying they can't even uninstall. Came with my new phone/ service. CONSTANT ads, every few seconds. It even interrupts its own scans for ads. You can't even type a full sentence in other apps without a Dfndr ad popping up. Ads are coming up even while I'm trying to type this review. DEACTIVATING NOW!! Update: It took some work, but I was able to uninstall after several steps. I hardly get any ads now. PSafe - regarding your response, I'm well aware that free apps come with advertising, but many times in a single minute? I couldn't even use my phone because of them popping up in front of what I was doing all the time. Like I said, I couldn't even type a single sentence without at least one pop-up. When an app makes your phone unusable, it's worthless. Especially when there are other options out there.

Wow this app blows my mind. Very different from the other one's I use to of haved in my other phone's

This app works very well, is not too invasive or time consuming... all in all a great addition to anyone's PC/Android's security!

To many pop ups, and nags. Quite Excessive. I know that is how apps remain free, So I understand. But it is the reason why only 4 stars. Otherwise might have considered giving 5 stars.

Once I downloaded this app I was unable to delete it to make space on my phone. I would not recommend getting it

Just downloaded the app from good ol' USA, not a foreign country. Had a security app that said my account would be shut off because of inactivity when I used it every night and sometimes during the day. And that I was inactive since I didn't log out or back up when I couldn't find either one or even send a message. So all thats over so with a new start with this app I hope to have it for a good while. Everything looks great and it takes care of all the areas including CPU and keeping the temp down during charging. So thanks for making American apps great again!

They checked my phone all the way thru in a very timely matter and fixed anything that was wrong. I highly recommend them to all my friends. Thank you for everything. 5 stars here.

Love this app but any suggestions on how to get the ads to stop popping up so much it wasn't that bad at the beginning but for some reason now it's crazy I can't even watch Netflix or Hulu on my phone without them popping up every 1 minute I dont want to uninstall please help!

This app has helped me when I couldn't help myself. It performs a thorough scan across my device and fixes the problems as needed. Great for gamers like my self! Thank You!

impossible for me to evaluate. I'm not a phone technician. It doesnt always run correctly, its never detected a virus, but does warn against questionable sites. good for defragmenting storage memory and removing junk.

Thank you for this app, although i came an bit late, I've should have had downloaded when I've got this phone, but no body told nor warned me about existing virus and softwares inside the phone, I've thought that this was only for labtops, and computers and not phones .

This antivirus has many tools to keep your phone clean and free from viruses and malware! I'm very happy with this app! Great job!

To many pop ups all the time. I'm not really good in things but those pop ups makes me mad need to get rid of them.

It keeps my phone up to speed and let's me know when there is a problem so I can fix it. Very useful app

Like the app; it does have a tendency to try to have me download more protection (go figure!), But it does understand the meaning of "NO". Very good!

Keeps failing the app& starts over halfway through cleaning cycle..not every time but very often. Sucks

It work's on my cell keeping the viruses away!! I really like when it tells me what need's to be checked but to many ads on this app...

This app works very well, I haven't had any of the problems others have mentioned. I am very happy with it, it's fast and I like the CPU cooler.

Opens whenever something needs attention , only thing I don't like is ads if the app came with the phone which mine did then there shouldn't be ads
