osTicketPro for Android
Just getting started but looks simple enough. I can see and manage simple edits on tickets but not see tasks assigned when using the app.
When entering the URL please use the full URL *with* /scp at the end! :-)
Good but basic. More options like signature would be nice
This app and company are amazing. At first I couldn't seem to get the app to work very well so I contacted support and got a reply within three business days! Then after that the replies came faster. They helped me with all the problems I had encountered, were quick about it, and very nice customer service interactions. I highly recommend this app if you want to manage your tickets on your mobile device.
The best app for osticket on the market. Not everything but enough to update tickets and worth the price. If you have any set up issues contact support. They got back to me within 10 minutes. :)
Outstanding application and support for osticket. Initially we had issues connecting to the osticket instance which turned out to be be just tweaks we needed to make on the osticket install itself. We emailed support and they responded in 15 minutes with the fixes. Well done.
Bought the app and worked fine for a couple months although being unable to assign tickets or select a subject. Now it does not let me login keep getting "Server error. Try again later!" Website works fine on the phone. Please fix!
V1.10.1 cannot login in, responds with user or password or URL invalid. I'm using the correct credentials and /scp at the end.
App and osTicket is great , only problem , I can see my tickets and reply on the app , but I cannot log a new ticket on the app. When I click the user download box , just a green dot. No users. Please can someone assist?
Was having some issue at first, was able to get ahold of support and they replied in a timely fashion and resolved them. I think the app could use some additional featuers, but overall a good app especially considering there is not an app offered by osticket
App doesn't work. I can't close tickets. Contacted support and they weren't helpful. Left me in limbo after a few emails back and forth. Disappointed. If they contact me back and continue to work with me on fixing the issues, I will change my review. But now I wasted 5$ on an app that doesn't work.
This connects easily and the usage is very clear. Some useful features include a "login profile" selection when one needs to connect to more than one support portal. Second, allowing branding and advanced visual customization and redistribution would be great.
It would be great if you could obtain user and agent contact details using the app.also when replying to a ticket you cannot specify multiple recipients like the web interface. Its great for basic functionality.
App is not working correct. Tried to log a new ticket but got stuck by select user.

This app works good. I would like the ability to reassign a ticket I had forwarded via email.
It's ok, easier the opening a browser. I just wish it had notifications for new tickets.

I don't mind updating this rating, but as of now I cannot login. Though I am 100% certain I am using the correct credentials and the correct web address. Could someone help me with this, the error I keep getting is "Server Error, Try again Later!" Any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is a great app concept. Too bad the Pro features don't work! New tickets & replies are never posted. Despite the app confirming they were "created successfully". I'm happy to improve the rating if the app did what it claims. FYI - running OSTicket v1.9.3 on IIS 7 for some time now.
What's wrong with this app? I cannot login. Is there any forbidden character in the password field? I can easily login through the web interface but not with the application. Pls shed some light. I purchased blindly without reading the comments.
Can't email thru tickets or change status. Other than that it's better than osticket apps. I hope a update comes out soon to fix the bugs for the paid version. Could of stayed with the free version.
OSTicket along with this app have changed the way we are able to support our clients. Can't wait for more features but this is a solid app well worth the price. UPDATE: with the ability to create tickets this app is now perfect! I see other users that wish for push notifications we already get push notifications via email although I guess I can see where they are coming from. For us this app has become indispensable.
1-there is no way to reassign TT to another users!!! 2-error messages if i tried to create ticket !

Nice and easy to stay abreast of tickets. But somewhat lacking in features, such as push notifications on overdue tickets.

after buy. u cant login. u can use this application to login demo url only. try to contact him, and he will answer ur url its not work!!
