Don't water your time the only thing I could do in this app was view ticket notes you can't edit or add any info and you can't see any customer details! I see now it hasn't been updated for over a year.. still though I'd give it a shot anyway...

To login must use all lower case for URL and remember to add scp. Only to view ticket text without any formatting or associated ticket services. Of little benefit.

Isn't functional, latest version of OSticket and as some others have pointed out, it won't log in no matter what you type as the URL. (And please don't patronise us with "any questions please email blahblahblah," just fix the goddamned app!)

The app works well once you have been given a pointer that you need to add /scp to the end of your server URL. Gives a good summary view of the tickets but no method to interact with them. May try the pro version to see if it allows some control of the tickets.

Working fine but this is a demo version and we can't reply to clients tickets. This app will be awesome if you give us permission to reply to some limited tickets daily. And after that limit one has to purchase full version.

Pointless. Read only access to plain text tickets. No actions possible. The same menu appears looking for ratings in every context. No interest in a paid product from these people.

Using version 1.9.12 or 1.9.14 of osTicket and the app will not login no matter what i put for the URL! I've tried every URL combination i can think of including the /scp, excluding the /scp, using just the IP address but nothing works. Looking at the HTTP server access log shows 408 errors whenever the app tries to access. If i use the Chrome browser from the same device it works fine.

I know its free version but atleast it should have basic features. We can't even see from which location the ticket is raised. If we have to use desktop version web login then installing this app is no use and its just waste of space

It looks like this is a view only app. I was able to login on the first try. I have been waiting very long for this app. Unfortunately, this is view only, I can't change nor add anything, no notification whatsoever. Good job, but I think I can do more by using the browser on my phone.

Keeps telling me server unavailable, try again later. Server is available and i can access it using my phone browser.

To our URL, which we use everyday. So, when you say "if demo works, then it's a problem with username or password" - hey, any browser works, from entire globe, your app DOES NOT! Fake app, should expect stealing user/pass combinations, impossible app support, wouldn't recommend to an enemy! Zero stars!!!
