This app works great for the job but it needs a due date added so u can look at the work order from your phone as I do and know when that job is due or if it's already passed it's due date just a simple date like 9/24 or 12/12 it would make things way easier that way

Constantly refuses to connect to camera. When it does, I take 1 photo and it freezes then won't connect again. Tried multiple troubleshooting attempts to no avail. Logcat shows memory dump when camera is parsed.

More than pics its my Navigation to next property

Needs to have a before and after selection that is not able to be hidden. I sometimes forget to switch back and forth.

Sucks. The old version was way better and made working faster for before and afters.

Used to work pretty good. Now with the 3 version I cant get my work done. It closes every 2-5 pictures. Someone please help!

No clue what all the complaints are about. Program is perfect. If yours isn't working, look into different phones. Small investment is worth it.

I know a lot of you are angry at FAS but this Pruvan app is awesome. My point shoot camera is obsolete. no more sd cards!!!!

Using one of the recommended phones works great.

This is ridiculous! Force closed all day and then i get back to the shop only to find that 150 pics are no where to be found! Wasted an entire day and will waste another day and another CHEAP tank of gas redoing it tomorrow. Thanks a lot for this one. Don't use a Casio commando with new program force closes all of ours so I guess were expected to get new phones again huh?

Drop down menus are ridiculous. The camera had torch mode on the last version. You held it down. The button on this to take photos is in a harder to reach area. Should just be a toggle to switch camera flash modes and before and after. Not a drop down menu.

Gps takes forever to load. Camera sometimes doesnt pop up right away and you have to logout to get it to come back on. I like the new placement for takin photos... allows one handed photos... the torch light helps in dark attics.

The old version is way better than this new bs this sucks do not get stick with the old fastrack

Worked great for about 3hrs now just crashes(force close) when the (start work) is pressed. galaxy s2 skyrocket.

Camera is better.

I like the old camara version better. New camara mode makes it more difficult to take pictures.

The photos don't save with the flash on with the galaxy 4s

The new updates suck. I have never used the navigation with this program, it is useless. I hate switching back and forth between multiple screens to look at pictures or input new work orders. Half the time the program loses what work order I was currently using and I have to search for it again. When inputting new work orders you have to input all fields including st and zip code which the automatic promps skip. The new placement of the shutter button makes it harder to take pics with one hand.

Used to be fine now I take 4 photos and it shuts down. It takes 3xs as long now to do my job.

could use the abily to sort by jobs pending and such . eats battery real fast but comes with doing the jobs works better than some of the other apps at least your jobs load for you don't have to enter each manually

Ill have to find a new job if you dont fix this app! It crashes and screws up constantly. It always says my camera failed and I have to reboot the phone. FRUSTRATING!!!

This app has cut my work time down, by 50%.

Categorizes by type of work done, before and after, automatically uploads to my home computer. Certified by date, time, and distance to property, for 'No Doubt' pics at the right address. Pruvan Support team is very helpfull training and set up, they even listen to our needs and try to tailor updates that make it even better...

This application was already very difficult to use. Then when it updated it made it 10 times worse. The improved GPS tracking sucks down the battery really fast and now the picture screen constantly rotates while you move the phone. I wonder if they even used the updated version in the field before they sent it out to everyone.

Fixed The camera problem But now all of a sudden there is a problem that is even more annoying. Every single time you go to work order list a Refreshes the work orders. To me it's actually more irritating than when the camera rotates. A lot of my job are in rural areas With bad phone reception so that thing takes a minute to 2 minutes to load work orders. If this problem was fixed the program would be great. It never did this before it would only load once when I turn it on in the morning.

Saves me a ton if time. I use their Direct app for all my non-fas business. Smooth on my DROID x2

This app stincks!!!! It should come with its own charger and extension cord! And I didn't realize we were playing a game of hide n seek with the pics.

1. The file names for the photos need to incorporate the work order number for faster searches of the photos if needed later for bids etc. 2. The before/after button should be a toggle not a drop down menu, this would make faster smoother work in the field. I have found that this app works extremely well if you dedicate the phone to it and keep it clean from other apps. I replace my battery with a 3500mAh and a new back and the phone will run for a day and 1/2. We are running 5 phones. 2 Sprint HTC evo4g, 1 Sprint HTC evo3d4g, 2 Verizon HTC Rezound 4G The Rezounds work the best but the Sprint service is better. The newer and faster phones run the app faster and better. All these phones were selected for the duel LED flash which will light up a room if necessary. thanks for a fantastic tool.

Latest update causes phone to die if the flash goes off when taking photo and battery is below 20%. Only way to restart phone is pulling the battery. These constant crashes/"fixes" are going to cause contractors to quit FAS and go to companies that allow the old school method of photos by email. How does a 12 year old kid program a more stable app than one commissioned by a multi-million dollar company!? SGSII Epic 4g Touch

The app was just ok until the ice cream sandwich update. With this android update the app will crash when you take a picture. If you have not updated to android 4.0.3, don't. Half my crews are now without a working app.

I've read a lot of negative comments about this app but it works extremely well on my phone. There are holes in coverage area sometimes, but other than that my phone had not crashed. I also found out a lot about this app on their training sight. They've made changes and its not immediately apparent so the guides helped.
