Need to have a way to put the flash on so when you take a picture you can turn your Flash on Android camera is one of the biggest things that this needs other than that I like it a lot better than the ppw app you can see exactly how far the house is from where you're at which is a pretty nice feature but it's got to have a flash for the camera cuz some of these houses have no power there we go into

I can't get the update for mobile. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App. Any suggestions?

This app freezes all the time. There is no place to type out bids that carry over to any paperwork. Every picture is labeled before instead of undefined.

This app is a serious battery drain. Locks up my phone at least 4 times a day. Samsung galaxy s 5. Half the time the flash doesn't work, unless its a fully lighted room. Then the flash always works. Just not when its needed, like when its dark. The app also restarts my phone randomly throughout the day. Yes it has Pruven to be a garbage app.

Kind of messy interface and will not focus on close-ups. Useful and often necessary tool but could and should be way better.

My phone was freezing up so I deleted the app and downloaded it again, now when I try and get on the site it says to refresh work orders and I hit refresh but it says lost connectivity and then it shows nothing!

90% of the time when I take a street sign pic while zooming the app will freeze and I have to back out 1-3 times, I have the Galaxy S7 Edge and have had this problem with every phone I've used with this app, please fix that issue.

Have had an issue with camera only showing a white screen for almost two weeks. Open tickets left voicemails . still can not use this app. My cam works other simular apps work but I can't tell my work provider to drop pruvan and go with another they won't listen to me

Will not access cameras full feature. pictures are very dark and have to keep the light on during work and it kills the battery. please fix.

When is your app my camera will not flash and it does not focus on numbers when I'm not in your app my camera takes perfect pictures of numbers on locks and flashes

I have been using Pruvan for 2 years now and can say Pruvan has been a staple in my business and would recommend it to anyone looking to prove work completed to banks and other clients. The support staff is always quick to respond and very helpful. Thanks Pruvan!!!

You can't log out it won't let you log out henceforth you using data. Now I can't even good my new order because it won't upload on have you guys ever heard the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it ya head up find system to begin with then you had to go and prove it yeah how's that working out for you I see you can't even get through to your office you're getting so many phone calls

Cannot delete old work orders. They keep coming back in refresh.

Reinstalled this week. Hopefully the problem with duplicate survey questions for same project is fixed now. And doesn't loose the first photos & survey

Love it! Makes working easy when everything is in one spot, and organized.

If you've struggled, cried over or fought with PhotoDirect at all, this app is your godsend. The only complaint I have is that the "before/during/after" button reverts to "before" whenever the screen turns off, so I end up labeling photos wrong and still haven't figured out how to relabel them. Otherwise, I love it!

Pruvan is the best tech solution for our business! My wife and I love how easy this app is to use. I remember the first version we used and how far it has come since all of the updates. They have an outstanding customer service team. Customer service takes a day or two to address an issue but they could not be more pleasant to deal with or more helpful! Now that they have integrated the mobile survey and check in, we are Pruvan customers for life. Best app for "on site" picture taking.

Edit.. this app has bee. Improved since my previous review and works much better now. The only thing that gets me is I keep looking for a camera quick toggle on the screen when I'm taking pictures (like it is on pruvans FAStrack mobile 3 app)

Please...... fix the flaws. Keeps shutting my phone off while trying to use. Then won't upload pictures after phone has rebooted..I have Co tact ed my provider AT&T and it is not the service nor the device

Many of the pictures I have to take are redundant. However, that's not the app, it's the request of the company.

Not sure if it is on the app but at least i haven't find it yet. I think it should have the selfie option for during pictures of the work order. Other than that very good app
