Downloaded app on first visit. Neither cashier even new what the reward app was and no idea how to apply points - despite the app being advertised on the tv behind them. Also couldn't place an order for a milkshake because they wouldn't know how to add and charge individual ingredients such as oreo...>.>

Downloaded the app today whilst in store so that I could begin collecting points aa advertised. However, after downloading & signing up, the app wouldn't allow me to log into my account & kept popping up with an error message! Not to mention, when i have tried to click forgotten password it doesn't allow me to submit my email address. Personally, this app needs a lot of work as there are various glitches. Note - I weren't able to collect my points as advertised in store!!
