My Nexus 10 tablet hanged at the "loading..." stage and failed to login. However, the Nexus 5 phone logs in every tine, no problem.

Cannot connect thru Android. Easily connects to remote pc's from my Window 7 pc's. It's surprising the developers don't fix this app with the abundance of connectivity errors contained in the app reviews.

5 stars when i can use my installed keyboard.

Make sure you really want the HOST program on your PC before you install it - and make sure to set a system restore point just in case. For some reason it is set up so that even Administrator users do not have permission to uninstall.

App is functionally useless as it never actually connects to a PC you need to connect to. Hosts drift in and out of existence. Hitting refresh will often magically show the host again. Wish developers were more dedicated to making the entire product more stable ...not to mention a lot faster!

Everything appeared to have connected but nothing was displayed on screen. Useless.

I have been trying to access my hosts for months, but have never connected. I always fail due to "wrong host key entered"... But it is not wrong. I wrote feedback finally today and hope it can be resolved. Seeing the number of other identical complaints, I doubt it.

never connects

Every time I try to connect it says, "Error connecting to host." Connecting from a PC works fine, but this app is a total failure even after weeks of waiting for an update to fix it. Obviously company does not care about customer satisfaction and I'm thinking of starting a lawsuit for false advertising since I can't even use the service I paid for.

This app used to work fine on my tablet, but since an update it just seems to hang on "Establishing connection, please wait" I have left it for a long time and no matter where I am or how good the connection is, it just does not want to connect. I've tried on the desktop viewer and that connects fine so I'm sure it's not my connection at home. Was very useful when it worked...

Works on iOS but not win8 or android

App won't connect. Keeps getting hung up. What's the point if it won't work.

I was able to set everything up easily and quickly. But it runs really slow and my phone got really hot. After 10 mins I went thru a quarter of my battery and my phone crashed. It definitely has potential but something is going on in the background that is using too much of the resources in the phone.

Crashes unuseable

App does not work either on my S4 or my Nexus 10. App causes devices to crash and freeze or restart.

Can log into account & can see my machines, but when I try to connect all I get is 'Unfotunately RemoteAccessViewer has stopped" . Unfortunately RemoteAccessViewer is being removed from my phone.

SLOW, Very slow connecting. Graphics quality not that great. Colors are messed up.

Will not let me connect always get a connection error

as a VERY tech-savvy user, I was unsuccessful in being able to see the host PC from either of my Android devices. I was unable to determine (with the help of online tech support) if the problem lie in the Host software or this app. You get what you pay for. Will be uninstalling this non-useful item.
