Put in a work order with very detailed info on the problem, and my platform. My response was "need more info." They got all I could offer the first time, but I attempted to be clearer. Got another response that said "need more info." Im guessing they wanted me to supply code changes. One of the magnitude of problems with outsourcing is that they don't know what questions to ask. Could be good with a few changes, and more user revision capacity.

Never updates..pretty much useless besides the first day you set it up. After day one is over, good luck.

I cannot see any clients but one. This app has many potential. Please fix it asap.

I can't even close a work order from this app, unless there is a hidden button somewhere...

I use to use an iPhone and had more functions with this app than I do with my Android. Want a higher rating let's get up to speed with usability.

The app is great to get information. However... Being the maintenance coordinator for a large company and not being able to create and manage work orders... This app is useless to me. I cant manage maintenance from the field which means I am desk docked most of my time. I hope there is an option to handle this issue in the future. If that happens... Property ware will be th eking of management apps!

Unfortunately mine wont even let me log in. I type in my PW user and ID and it says "Authentication Failed". Hopefully it's just a today bug.

Great app and the ability to have the tenant and contact information even without Internet is a huge plus. Previous posts login problems are due to the product not being live until 1/30/2015. Great start and I know we will see updates to strengthen the app.

I can't imagine why I couldn't add or edit info, especially prospects and maintenance requests! Took all that time to develop and all we get is access to notes and conversations? There are way too many needs for a mobile app that will still require going to the website from my phone. Very disappointed!

Long time coming but glad to at least be able to see the info a little easier. Just needs continual improvements!

I would like it if the search functioned like the desktop site, i.e. Showing you suggestions as you type or hitting enter to use the advanced search.

Definitely needs a LOT of updates but it's a good start& I'm very happy they finally made a version for Android. Issues I've come across SO FAR are ..it keeps force closing, i can't edit anything and I can't add work orders.. which is huge issue for me. Please fix this!

You can't do anything in the app

I use Propertyware all day at work and was excited to see this app come on line, but it's useless. I know for certain that my login info is right but all I get is an authentication failure message. Useless.

Can't login... Verified credentials using browser on same device... I think that falls under the heading of "Crash and Burn".... Took way to long as well... Come on guys!!!!
