On top of that, all information is stored locally on your mobile and no need to worry about having your property details, financial information, and tenants on the internet like other apps.

I use this app for my rental properties but it's not complete for handling expenses like CCA ( capital cost allowance ). I love this app and use it all the time and cca is not a big deal anyway for it handles everything else perfectly and is easy to use.

I am very disappointed I bought this app it was great til I had to reset my phone I backed everything up and this app is the only one that lost everything keep getting error message of failed to restore I have sent 2 emails for help with no response will change rating if I can get some help

Just Purchased this app. 1. Trying to get the backup file location in Dropbox - I am unable to find. What would be the path for dropbox? Can I also assign path to dropbox? 2. I am trying access the desktop version, how can I get the desktop version 3. Not happy with the (GUI)interface - required more update. May add Drop down option. 4. Within app there should be an option to contact support 5. Required more help file... again GUI development is a must

This App is the best of all the Property apps. And it just keep evolving into a better tool for any Property owners. I have 7 apartments and this lil app has been my savior. It keeps track of everything. Then at yrs end I send each properties Financial Report to my email I print em up and they are ready to give my accountant. FANTASTIC APP . I highly recommend this app for any and all property owners. ddmav

Can we have partial rents added to the reports. Section 8 tenants and other program tenants often have very low tenant contributions and the Government pays the bulk of the rent. I'm missing out on a bulk of my revenue being represented in the financial reports because only completed transactions are shown.

Best I've had so far, please can we have option to add contact directly from phone book , also I have to go out of a property to edit rental payments and tenant information can't it be on one page? also where do I get the desktop App? I think it might me more exciting since there's a lot of typing especially with multiple tenant complexes.

Loved the app. By far the most comprehensive solution on Google Marketplace. QuickBooks list import/ data export would be a great feature, but your product has great ease of use.

I had a galaxy s3 and changed to an LG. I had trouble moving the information to the new phone. After a couple of emails from tech support I was able to move the information to the new phone. A brief description of how to complete this task would be helpful. People upgrade phones quite often.

OK I must admit, when I first downloaded the app, I was frustrated with the sharing feature, but I received a prompt response when I emailed about it and he walked me through the steps! (A1 customer service in my opinion). This is by far the best app I have found to date. I like that I have the ability to upload documents as well. Truly deserving of 5 stars!!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED QUICKEN RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGER FOR AROUND $180.00. I ALSO RECENTLY FOUND THIS APP, RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGER BY ANDROID4CANADA. SINCE FINDING THIS APP, I NO LONGER USE THE EXPENSIVE QUICKEN PRODUCT. THIS APP IS MORE FUNCTIONAL OUT IN THE FIELD, TRANSFERRING DATA TO AND FROM MY MOBILE DEVICES, PHONE TO TABLET AND TABLET TO PHONE. I AM NOT A COMPUTER GUY, SO I HAD TO CONTACT THE DEVELOPER OF THIS APP TO ASK'S A FEW QUESTIONS. I NEVER GOT HIS NAME BUT HE DID RESPOND RATHER QUICKLY AND ANSWERED SOME QUESTIONS THAT HE HAD ANSWERED A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE ON THIS SITE. IT WILL TAKE A FEW ENTRIES AND MESSING AROUND WITH IT, BEFORE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT. FOR A ONE TIME FEE OF $5.99 AND $1.00 MONTHLY FEE (IF YOU CHOOSE) YOU CANT BEAT IT. Still does not save/retrieve the latest data. I've tried saving to Drop Box and SD card multiple times. It never retrieved my data to my new device. So if you change cell phones you're screwed. You'll have to input everything all over again. Very disappointing since its very labor intensive inputting all the data. It's not even about the money. I'm not currently even using it.

And one specific suggestion is to include securities in the financial report - not as an income but as money that I hold. Further financial report on all properties at once. I love this app! It helps me communicate with our student tenants, as well as track their rent individually with ease like no other app that I have found and well worth the amount invested in the app. I also love that I can use it across my phone and tablet. I sent an email suggestion to the developer, and received a response in less than a half hour! Incredible! Considering upgrading to the $1/month option! I jus bought the app and thought it was good. I actually enjoyed the app and subscribed for the $1.00 per month extra for the routine inspection report. Done my inspection taken photos and when i exported to xls is the worst spreadsheet ever seen. The app automatically erased all my data. I am back to square 1to setup the property and details from day 1. I would like to cancel my subscription immediately. Regards Rupert
