Extremely straightforward calculator. I tried to add multiple calculations but it kept loading data from the first and only saved item. Am I missing something? -------------------------- Thanks for the response. I will try it!

I noticed no difference between results for Established and New Home for First Home Buyer option - there should government grant be involved. Some functionality can be added, like, viewing principal/interest numbers for loan lifetime.
