Firma Pro-Perform vznikla během léta roku 1995. Už při vzniku byl dán jasný cíl: pouze motocykly Harley-Davidson! Od začátku i přes nevěřící, kteří si po straně šeptali něco o bláznech "v Čechách pouze HD, nesmysl", se program od tohoto záměru neodchýlil. Ba naopak, ukázalo se, že zájem českých motorkářů o tuto značku stále sílil. Hned od začátku byl jasný zájem a vytvoření vlastního pohledu na HD.
