ProPay – Accept Credit Cards

This ap will not open. A screen pops up iratically flashing "propay" and will not allow me into the ap. I just started a new business that only take credit card payments via Propay. How do I fix this?

After logging in, just stays at the numerical keypad... Useless app, luckily my annual renewal is close allowing me to jump ship to a better merchant account that has a phone app that actually works. Clearing storage, allowing all permissions does nothing.

Can not log in they say my device is supported. Buy I get authentication error. Frustrated and can take credit cards with reader

I have used Propay for 5 years with zero issues on their website. The app, however, is worthless to process payments. It crashes every time I try to process a card payment. This has been ongoing for months. It makes running my business difficult when I try to provide instant payment confirmation for my customers. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with the app.

App is not working all of a sudden. Still not working and we should not have to call customer service to fix it. I have to use this app for my MK business and I can't quite do it when the app sucks. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Same as others negative experience. App does not open up, called customer services, no real solution.

Not sure what is happening with this app (pro pay). For the past few days I go to try and open the pro pay app, but it force closes before getting to the main screen. Only the welcome screen comes up then the app shuts down. Very unhappy with this!!! Now this app is telling me that I do not have a propay account when I do. Confused?????

Seriously I pay for this and I can't even use it when I need to! What's the point! It's been at least a few months that I can't log in I need this for my business I will take my money elsewhere.... I'm so upset and fustrated.uninstalled , reinstalled made sure all the permissions... I can log in online from a computer but I want the app back.

I'm also having issues with this app. Bought the JAK and downloaded the app. Everytime I try to log in the app crashes. I have customers who don't want their card information written down. This is becoming an issue.

Keeps flashing. Does not come on. I tried several temps. This is bad for business

App constantly crashes for the past 3 or 4 months. Uninstalled, reinstalled, contacted the company. Still sucks.

Need to be able to use my card reader. It is a propay one but it isn't listed in the defaults settings.

I'm stuck using this app, but it wont let me login using my phone, so I have to use my Kindle. Tried working through problem with propay directly, was told there was nothing they could do, no support ticket number to refrence, and no one I could talk to. Very poor business model, they do not have my trust. 2 hours of trying the same thing is insanity. Clearing the cache data doesn't work, resetting the password doesn't work! I'm not stupid, I can type. The program doesn't work.

All it does after log in is go to my account. no option at all to accept any cards. Reader plugged in correctly and volume is @ max. I am supper frustrated especially since we PAY for this service

I am not happy with this app because it has not worked for weeks. I have installed the suggested updates and even uninstalled and reinstalled the propay app to my smartphone - nothing has worked. I also called customer service and had a representative check my account from an administrative standpoint to ensure that I wasn't entering my information incorrectly - this was not the case. The app will not allow me to get past the login page. I am disappointed especially because I have a party today.

It used to be great but now it doesnt work! Once I put in the total and hit next it tells me it's not responding and closes out. I've tried reinstalling and still nothing.

I find it the ridiculous I can't even open the app unless I allow access to my audio. Forget that

I down loaded this app to use for my MaryKay sales to be able to except payment and it will NOT work!! It just keeps flicking on my screen!!

Same problem as others can't get passed the log in screen. Super annoying!

This app used to work great, now it rarely works on my Galaxy Note 5. Will be looking for another company to process payments

Had to reinstall the app on my phone after it began to glitch at initial screen. Wouldn't even give log in option. Reinstalled and same problem. Repeated. I need this app for my clients! But it won't even go past the propay title screen now. And the word propay just flickers insanely.

Within 5 minutes of download, I'm unable to get pass glitch- constant blinking like an old television. Need app for Mary Kay

It's VERY embarrassing to try to collect a payment and can't because app is not working. The issue needs to be resolved ASAP!!!

The app hasn't worked for weeks call the company no fixes . Going to ask my company to consider another system

Has been this way for weeks. Will update review as soon as this is fixed.

I use to love this app now when I try to open it is just blinks. It never actually loads. I can't login or anything I tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Im using an LG phone and the app will not open. The landing screen just flashes at me.

Card reader jak will not work properly with the App. Uninstalled and installed several times and it still does not work.

Love this app and reader!

It wont let me go pass login and can't process cards. Submitted reports but nothing. Cant wait so need to get other resources to process my cards. Very Dissapointed. UPDATE: Just updated on Nov 10th and still not working passed the screen to enter amount to be charged. Update was not good.

Ever since update either get message process payments is down or when I finally get past that theres no more manuel enter option which is all I use. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works...Ive used propay for several years and never had problems before. Ive lost sales because of this. Also have only been able to use it once since I paid your fee. Need to get another way to process cards since its the busy season for me

This app use to be great. I used ut for 3byears. Now I can't even open the app. I have done the update and I have called the number above. They can't help. Can't run multiple business off my mobile when app doesn't work. Very frustrating.

Since the update I have no way of entering a card. I used to use the manual option, but it isn't available. I was at an appt and I couldn't process my customer's order. This is terrible.
