This is a simple app to keep you on track with your pelvic floor training. Took a star off because (it seems, a bug?) once the reminders are set they cannot be changed. I want to change my reminder times and every time I do, and save them, the next session reverts back to the old reminder times - very annoying. Otherwise, does what it says on the tin!

U70%
by U####:

Simple but effective. The app is easy to use and it does what you want it to (provide a framework for pelvic floor exercises) without any unnecessary additions. Price quite high for how simple it is but worth it if you've been struggling to stick to a pelvic floor routine until now.

Z70%
by Z####:

Really useful and works pretty well. Only issue I've noticed is the notifications getting a bit confused e.g. if I do my morning exercises early then it says I've done 1 of 3 and my next is due at 3pm, but then still pops up a notification to remind me to do them at 9am.

O70%
by O####:

Couldn't read it. The print is too pale. Tried changing all the settings on my phone. Didn't help. Tried twice... uninstalling and installing.. first time it gave me my money back as I had un installed so quickly. Second time it kept my money!

U70%
by U####:

Very useful app and simple to use, but one or two quirks e.g I can't set 20 quick squeezes but have to repeat 10, which makes the app think I've done more than my target. But since I've installed it I've done all my exercises every day ( though not always at the right time) so it's well worth having.

U70%
by U####:

Great tool to remind me about my pelvic floor exercises. Took one star off as it seems a bit expensive considering its elementary software... I did not kind to pay though as the money goes to the NHS.

U70%
by U####:

Easy to use especially if a physio sets the professional mode on for tailored exercise plan. Draw back is my physio had 4 different exercises but it only allows for 3 per session

A70%
by A####:

Does everything it needs to do, although the price is quite high considering how simple the functionality is. I don't really mind if the money goes towards supporting the NHS though.

U70%
by U####:

So helpful! My ADD would make it difficult to use the tedious practice of using a timer. This is much more helpful and it also keeps track of my progress.

V70%
by V####:

Simple and generally does the job. Glitches sometimes - it skips the slow squeezes but marks them as done.

O70%
by O####:

It is good to have a daily reminder to do exercises as otherwise even if one starts with good intentions it is easy to forget doing them. Apart from that I often wondered if I was doing the exercises correctly and now I know. Thanks.

H70%
by H####:

A great app for keeping track and remembering to do pelvic floor exercises. The only annoying thing is that the sound is too quiet to do the exercises without the looking at the screen

U70%
by U####:

I love this app ... thank you. It's simple but so very helpful. I know I should be doing my exercises but forget and am never sure how long to hold for so this is a great aid.

V70%
by V####:

Love the visual cue tool, it really helps me focus on the muscles (which aren't easy to keep going). I've got a busy life and two children, so it's great to help me get at least a dozen done each week, and try to improve my hit rate! Think the price is a little high for such a simple tool, but I guess it's a niche market and I need it!

U70%
by U####:

Why is it not showing that ive been doing the exercise 3 times in a day or 2 times. Is just showing 6/9 dont understand the app its not very clear and I dont feel like is tracking my exercises.

U70%
by U####:

Easy to use and effective. Can't believe people think we should get it for free... this is why the NHS is in such a state. Great app and worth every penny of its £3.

U70%
by U####:

Great app. Does what it says. Can be a little glitchy as regards reminders. Just set them again and you're good to go

Z70%
by Z####:

Great app. Tells you what to do and you set the daily frequency and when it alerts you. The vibrate option is great to use in public although seems to work for slow set only.

U70%
by U####:

App is easy to use and it is a great way to do pelvic floor exercises. No counting and timing everything is done for you. Tutorial also to keep correct technique. Nice to have reminders set so no chance of forgetting.

U70%
by U####:

Simple but that's what you need after having a baby. It's easy to follow and reminds you to do it when you have a billion other things to do as well. As someone who likes to track their workouts I like the recording feature too, makes me a bit competitive with myself!

U70%
by U####:

Works great as reminder and guide for daily pelvic floor exercises. The lightweight font used in info sections is a bit difficult to read though.

U70%
by U####:

Top notch, seeing results, I do not see how anyone can gain control of incontinence without an app like this one! It works well, even better in professional mode.

M70%
by M####:

Great app. Tell all my patients to download. Would never remember my exercises if not for reminders and visual incentive works well.

U70%
by U####:

Very useful timer. Can also record and make notes. One criticism is it doesn't remind me at the correct time.

E70%
by E####:

Have found this app really helpful. It keeps me on track for all the exercises and if I can't do a set when the reminder goes off, it's there until I do them so I have 100% done every day. Highly recommend it.

U70%
by U####:

It was a bit glitchy at first about saving the daily reminders that I set, but now it works like a charm and I am telling all my friends that they should get it too.

X70%
by X####:

The app is good for reminding you about the exercise. However for what it is it's a bit overpriced.

U70%
by U####:

Wasn't sure this would work. Used the app reminder facility and can confirm a great improvement in just a few weeks

U70%
by U####:

A really simple app that makes remembering to do pelvic floor exercises so easy! Also helps with making sure you hold the 'squeeze' long enough to know the exercises are effective.

U70%
by U####:

Great app. Has really focused me to do my pelvic floor exercises every day. I would not be without it now.

U70%
by U####:

The graphics for the exercises are excellent and actually help to concentrate and do them properly. Funnily enough, just knowing it will record how often you've exercised, makes you respond and do them!

N70%
by N####:

Brilliant - good to have a reminder, and something that does the counting. Has certainly helped me stick to a regular routine - and blast noticing the benefits. Best money I have spent.

O70%
by O####:

The information provided in the app was very helpful and I've noticed a huge improvement in just a week. The reminders and visual aids are simple yet effective. Worth every penny.

H70%
by H####:

Fantastic app. Without it I doubt I would be so conscientious about doing the exercises. Just wish I had discovered it sooner. Massive thumbs up to my physiotherapist!

U70%
by U####:

Really helpful app which helps me to keep on track. My exercise completion rate has increased exponentially as the reminders mean I don't have to keep track.

U70%
by U####:

Simple app that is a good reminder to work you pelvic floor. Records your exercise each time which encourages you to get 100% daily target.

J70%
by J####:

Excellent reminder system for something that I never remember to do by myself. Improvement would be to make the volume adjustable in-app.

D70%
by D####:

A small price to pay for a healthy pelvic floor!

I70%
by I####:

Very easy to use and helpful advice on how to get it right.

F70%
by F####:

Good app but doesn't cope when clocks change! Also possible to accidentally save an exercise set twice.
