Great idea but poor performance!. Everytime after using the app, something goes down in my cellphone, like the wallpaper or the clock settings, the lock settings too.

I did a lot of research trying to find the right app for our tablets and I'm so happy with mobilock. It does everything I want it to at a cheaper price then anyone else. Thanks!

Its a good app but i cant manage apps. Because its showing your trail or license has been expired

Cannot deactivate or uninstall

This is quite simply the most powerful and simple to use App out there for controlling the rollout of Apps to multiple devices and for controlling the user experience so it is seamless. We have tried other MDM systems but they were clunky and complex - this does the job fantastically. Well done and keep the great work up guys!

This app has been able to provide us with the ability to monitor our fleet and make sure they use the provided devices as required. This app has been able to provide us with ever growing options and abilities and is still growing to this day. The dashboard provides the ability to monitor multiple devices all in one location with the ease of use. I would recommend this app to any business.

One of my devices is linked to am old account that we never received a confirmation email for. It doesn't let me link or login with my new email. Help!

Great product. I currently use this in a Business Environment on 400+ devices. Simple and easy to use. Easy to navigate and complete changes. Great customer support, readily available at all times. Price is also great. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent product We have used this in ZTE Blade, LG, Sony Experia and Huwawei phones with Android version 4.3 - 5.3 Works well. Great support.

I am handing out tablets to people for data collection, and I was worried that I'd have a hard time keeping track of them, as well as locking them down so they'd only be used for the survey. I got Mobilock thinking it would solve the lockdown problem. I was so delighted to find that it also tracks the tablets and allows some data push and remote control! This has made my life so much easier. Thank you very much for your great product!

It locks the device on our company kiosk to allow only our app. We were unable to open unallowed apps, settings, notif panel etc. We can open the browser form within our mobile application, and only whitelisted pages are allowed. We can make group configurations, and then apply it to devices over the air.

Easy to use

Overall it does what it advertises, easy to configure, and the backend web app, is great too. Pricing for the Pro is also very reasonable. There are a few bugs that are being worked out, but still I would recommend for those looking for a cost effective lockdown suite.

In all the app was average and works well. The only complaint I have is that you need to be aware that you can't uninstall the app straight away. You have to go through settings first and deactivate it, before uninstalling.

I didn't like it I can't do nothing

Because of this app i cant change any settings.....what is this? I cant do anything. Not even my passcide is accepted. Do something noe mobilock

I manage hardware assets for an IT firm and we have MobiLock Pro installed on close to 60 devices. I would give this 4.5 but the level of support they provide tipped me to the 5 star. The dashboard is great. I can see where all my devices are, all over the country. I can see their login status, which version of our companies software is running, and remotely unlock them for when on-site clients need to perform maintenance. I can even push updates to our software right through the MobiLock dashboard.

Edit: support has since contacted me and provided information. Changed review.Honestly, the entire app is sleek, but unless i employ a larger number of kiosks, I cannot justify the $25/mo expenditure. Also as great as it is, I have issue with the way they handle support. There is no direct support line, only, bug, feedback, and feature form submissions, and they do not seem to reply promptly. This is simply to UNINSTALL the free trial. In fact the only way to ensure a prompt reply is to post a bad review of the app, at which point they will MSG you the uninstall procedures. This information does not seem to be readily available in their help documentation and is confusing why it is not easier to do if the purpose of the application is to manage a large number of kiosk applications. While none of these issues reflect on the core functionality of the app, it is the business practices reflective of companies I do not trust, where they make withdrawing from their services more difficult than necessary, and considering their application has a high degree of data and device access, it is not an application I can recommend to anyone.

In searching for a control system that would insure that tablets remain kiosks for a transaction collection project, I've found no better system to insure our tablets do as we need. Very easy to use interface, terrific tablet-specific analytics (available battery, inactivity, etc.) The branding allows one to create a corporate home page for devices that can scale to the enterprise. Geo fencing and location tools make Mobilock an important component to our project. I would highly recommend the system to anyone turning tablets into data collection devices that must work all the time.

I can't get it to uninstall

It is great.

I have been using this app for 12 months or so across an increasing number of devices. It has great functionality. However the strongest aspect of Mobilock is their personal and effective support. I would recommend.

Incredibly great solution to track and manage my business phones.

Bought this as a business tool to lockdown 160 tablets. After chatting with their helpful staff, it was a breeze to set up. Any queries, problems or issues i had were dealt with swiftly. This has definitely given me peace of mind regarding the security of our data. Awesome app. Thanks Mobilock

All in all, the app looks like it will do exactly what I want. Unfortunately it's not working at all on the one specific phone I needed to install it on - LG Leon, Android 5.0.1. Even after enabling apps, they quit as soon as I enter one, even if set as default app for kiosk mode :(
