Twisty Launcher

Does not work at all on the nextbit robin. I was simply trying to get the features of a Motorola phone. Shame really, the app looked really promising.

The Moto X functionality enables it to open the camera directly from a lock screen, similar to the double power button press. It is not in this app, so it will be superb if the ability to launch the camera directly from the lockscreen, or off display is added.

Launcher actions don't work as advertised, and you can't test to see if they do before purchasing. Only a dollar, but still, I'd rather not have to go through the process of requesting a refund for something that shouldn't even be behind a paywall.

It's good, it's working, it does the job but I still feel lack for a feature/app that enables to open the camera without a gesture like twisting the device but something else.

Lacks consistency and responsiveness. Does not work when screen is powered-off . Nexus 6P

Only works for one gesture

The actions require a little too much force to be natural however. The moto x style double twice works, but you have to give it a good 'snap' to activate it. It only works when the screen is turned on also. Is it possible to get this working while the screen is off?

Right now it's works as advertised, except that it's too sensitive. On my Galaxy s4, the camera gesture happens on one rotation, instead of two. Update (8.9.13): the issue has been resolved, now works as expected on my phone. Still wish there was a way for this to work when the phone is off.

Same problem with a previous post (I unlocked all gestures but I get a failed purchase notification) from time to time. I also noticed that twisty appears to be among the top battery consuming apps when I checked. Other than these, it works very well (I found the other gestures responding better than the chop one)

Used the chop gesture and it works okay (could be better if more sensitive) so I paid for the other gestures. Unfortunately, the up and down gesture worked sometimes and other times didn't work and the left & right gesture didn't even work at all. Either refund my money or fix the app ASAP. Good idea if it works right.

I have a Moto X and was hoping to use to launch Focal instead of the stock camera app, but could never get it to recognize the gestures nearly as well as works with the stock camera app. Less than a 25‰ recognition rate.

I liked the idea of the app and to unlock all the gestures I paid for this app but after buying this app I discovered that one of the gesture: the face face up and down don't work at all.

This app is a great start, but I'd love to be able to assign actions to more than just apps. For example, chop chop should be assignable to turn on the built in flashlight. It'd be really nice to adjust gesture sensitivity too. It's really picky about triggering as is.

Slow. You need to be really specific with you you twist your wrist and you can't try it out without having to purchase it. The worst part is that I can't have a refund because its an in app purchase instead of having to purchase the app

Works similarly on my nexus 6 as my factory installed gestures on my 2014 Moto X second gen. Rarely works on the first pair of chops, or my first pair of twist gestures. Still useful, not the worst buck I've ever spent.

Not able to activate from lock screen on my Note 4. Works fine from home screen but that's not what I want for a buck.

Now my nexus 6 is complete.

Gestures are one of my favorite Moto X features and now I have them on my Nexus 5. Good work. Now add some additional customization. ;)

This thing is great but I should like this more if it can detect motion when the screen is off

Super slow. Only good if you don't want to use tasker to do the save things.

Really wish I could use it as a replacement for Motorola x twist to launch from screen off.

Great app,

Works when you turn on the screen, and it occasionally stops working. Makes you pay before being able to test. Don't buy.

Small super useful tool. Makes my day easier.

Minor things - could we get a small vibration when it launches like on the Moto phones? Also, an option to set sensitivity?

Could we get a small vibration when it works? Otherwise I flail my phone about, and, while that looks completely hilarious, I'd like some sort of feedback notifying me that the camera (the app I chose) is now on.

Tried to give it a fair shot. But demands payment for practically every function. You should be ashamed of this.

Need setting for shake strength it's always going off... And "almost broke my wrist" if you were not so dainty... Really

But it works well. Great replacement for the moto camera launcher. But apparently active and uses battery even when disabled.

The chopping action works but is delayed a few seconds so be patient. Not as quick as Moto X but nice app. Would give 5 if I got what I paid for.
