Green Cab

When it works, it works. When it doesn't, it's the absolute worst. Ignored calls, no assigned drivers for upwards of almost an hour, and terrible customer service. I understand things happen, but where do you draw the line? In short, keep a backup cab company on speed dial. If you really need to get somewhere in a timely manner...don't use this app

This is a crap....I order a ride for direct drop. And the driver said that she had to pick more people. So the person I ordered the ride for has to get out to use different way and they won't refund me.... saying that that was the person choice, after I have asked the driver whether they were directly going straight. You have got to be honest when you do business.

I can get that when I call, but not on the app. or do I need to book first? What if I'm shopping ? I see no need for the app.

The app crashes instantly when I open it. Every time, both on my Galaxy S5 and my Note 5. Fail.

I can't register. I keep getting server communication errors and whatnot. I would use this app but when you can't get past registration, it makes it sort of useless. Update: developer fixed registration, so my review is now 4 stars

unable to register...

I like the idea of the app, I just get tired of having to turn my phone off to reboot the app after each use to avoid server error. I also never could get it to track my cab.

Bad drivers. Smelly cars.

I would love to use it but it keeps telling me my email is already in use and it won't let me register via Facebook either. If I could get past the registration maybe I would have rated it better so because I can't even use it I'll give it a 1.

Got registered but when I tried to book a cab it gave me a server error. Tried the phone number from the app and it was busy. Pity as I had hopes for this app. The UI is nice but it doesn't allow you to save places.

Can't get past registration! Always getting a server error. Uninstalling app. Please fix and I'll redownload when it's usable. Great company though!

It might be a great app... if you can register. Please fix the registration process.
