Was trying all kinds of ways to make it work. Via pc, Android. Did multiple resets. Always saying wrong wifi password, or wrong passwords, or wrong ID or insufficient numbers for ID. If there is a most unuser friendly product lists in the world, this one would rank top 10. Do not buy prolink. Complete waste of time. And no way to contact anyone anyway from prolink to complain.

Brand only, before this, I used China OEM unit, thinking upgrade the better cam, but sadly, the price is expensive, and no other deference from China made cam. And this apps is..... Terrible, said cloud view, but at lease 4G network can view, beside, after open this apps, "locating, retrieving, loading.... Many lousy unexpected word show.." Use CHEAP IP camera better then this.

After updating the software, can only delete 1 file every time I access the program. Please rectify soonest!

Should add 1 more button to call emergency number. Sorry for the 1 star rating. The camera features are damn good, but the software (both on windows and android) sucks big time.

Slow loading. Why the auto sensor recording is so short. Should record until the person not in the screen then stop. Why only less then 2 minutes recording for sensor recording mode. Dislike this slow jammed app.

Live video viewing freeze at start randomly. Playback speed cannot be control and seems to run at 3x speed randomly. Very unpredictable performance.

When I view my Prolink ipcamera, for every second I watched, I need to wait 20 second for it to "loading videos". Is this apps not compatible with Android phone?

This app works well and user friendly but it crashes with Google Authenticator due to the QR Code Scanner. I hope they can resolve that.

Keep getting a buzzing sound once the app is connected to the camera. How do I fix that?

Yeah..great. but my 1007 model cant pan tilt now. So pity no one answer from support team.

I think it is time to add more features in this mobile app like auto-pan based on a predefined timing, a button to auto-pan from left to right, default home position, etc. Quite bothersome to keep on swiping on the screen and manually adjusting the position of the camera.

Please add (android/iphone/cam firmware): 1. Auto pan and tilt based on predefined positions (button and time-based) 2. Home button 3. Able to change default home position

A pretty good app for basic usage. Interface can be improved, but it's free, so it's ok. Gave 4 stars, but now 3 cos new update could access all account infos in my phone. I'm not updating until it's removed.
