Why a simple app like this would require lots of privileges: location, phone, network (all very scary) one can only imagine. Furthermore; the app begins with many, many pages of license agreement, extremely unfriendly (far too much for anyone to actually read, again, creepy, if not also very scary). I infer from the following quote that the authors don’t speak English as their first language: “Homeownership is American dream!” The programmer does not know how to compose his text labels in android xml RelativeLayout so as not to have them chopped-off at the bottom. The app makes no use of an action bar; you only get two buttons, then one pop-up fragment. They get a zero for effort. The app does not offer to calculate closing costs; asks only for loan amount, not down-payment (could they be more lazy?) Absolutely no explanations are offered for any of the values requested, or of the results returned. Inputs such as "tax bracket" are requested, but there is no evidence that it is actually used–no work is shown. Beside the whole lack-of-trust factor, overall, it is spectacularly sparse to the point of being entirely useless. Spend some dollars, and get something real.
