Project Storytell

Since the dawn of humankind, we’ve been telling stories. You’ve seen the ancient cave paintings and glyphs of our ancestors. Fast forward to today. What are you doing when you hang out with friends or family? What are you doing when you’re out socializing? You’re telling stories.

Project Storytell is here to satisfy your primal urge to share your stories. It’s designed with you in mind. How long would it take you to write a few sentences each day? So, when you say you’re not a writer, not a reader, not creative, or don’t have any good stories to tell--this application is here to prove you wrong. Everyone is a storyteller.

The rules are simple. A short writing prompt or scenario will give your story direction. Team up with friends or strangers. Your team of storytellers gets 30 days to pump out a short story in a turn-based environment. Each storyteller has 24 hours to complete their turn by writing a few sentences. Pick up where the last person left off or go your own way. The ultimate goal is to tell a story. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box.

This shouldn’t be an “about us” page, but an “about you” page. You contain the creative fuel to crank out the stories. Project Storytell is simply the medium, the machine, the kick you need to make those stories a reality. The possibilities are endless.
