I'm not able to log exacerbations! I have sent in email feedback with no help or explanation! If this portion worked, please tell me how to make it work for me!

Out of nowhere it stopped taking my password and no way to change it. This is very frustrating that I have no information to show my doctor. I used this everyday until recently. Can someone help me so all won't be lost?

How do you transfer data from 2014 app to this one?

Can anyone actually log into this app? I have an account, reset my password 3x's and still get a "Failure" error message

Simply adding your symptoms in a daily journal, rating it with detailed information. You will have powerful data the next time you meet your neurologist!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app due to not being able to login or even create a new account. Still having the same issue, uninstalling until fixed

I click on create new account, enter in ALL the info & it keeps saying they can't find an account w/my email. Duhhhh that's why I clicked on create account people!

Pretty cool app. Just when you go to the bottom, it closes out.. Concept is awesome tho.

Had a hard time logging in. Didn't recognize my password, had to reset. Then I finally get into the app, start putting info in and within 1 minute the app shut down on me. I Uninstalled and said "forget it" don't need anymore aggravation.

If it would work it would be excellent. I have tried it in Android and iOS and it fails on both. Just when I finish entering my log, it shuts down. Nothing saves. I deleted it and won't install it ever again.

Says email is in use and tried to reset password and it could not do that either. Tried 3 email addresses, which there's no way they could all be in use, but it said the same - already in use.bi just removed it. Too much of a headache to even start to use.

Will not let me create an account!

This app might be very helpful, but if you make it so DIFFICULT to create an account, or keep getting errors, you are frustrating us MS'ers. It's hard enough to do things without having the app that we could possibly use be so hard to even make an account. It keeps telling me that I'm already registered, to click on "forgot password" and I can reset it. I did so, it didn't. Please let us know when this app will be fixed and really ready for use. Thanks so much!

Articles from the website don't fit on the page. Very uncomfortable to read. Thyroid med is not listed, so it is not practical to use for a med list as it is incomplete. 2 major issues and I just started using it. More as I go along.

I've never used this app, but it won't let me register, saying the email is already in use. So I asked to have my password sent, fine. Says my email isn't found. Um? Oh and the state of Nevada isn't in the list of states, which I live in. All around pain and unable to even try.

Won't even let me set up account. Cant get past accept!

UPDATE 10/9/2015: CAN'T LOG IN AGAIN. GOING BACK TO PEN AND PAPER Did my injection this morning and can't log in AGAIN!!! This is not the 1st time this has happened. This is beyond annoying. Will be looking for another app a.s.a.p.

The program still says "not responsive and needs to shut down." Right when I'm in the middle of entering something.

It might be because im having a bad fatigue day, but I don't get the point of this app.

This app has been a great asset in the past, but I haven't been able to download data from the website for a long time now, and can't even use the app on my new phone because of the "Login failed" message. This is critical that I can access and share my data with my doctors. Please help!

Started getting the "login failed message" No way to get my info, no back up.

Tried twice to register but got the message "login failed" with no explanation

It will not let me create an account. I did not have one previously so as far as I am concerned this is not something meant for someone with MS and anxiety problems.

I am very disappointed with this ap. I had to uninstall it. No matter what you do, you can not make an account, or use the ap. Would of expected more from these guys. Wow.....waste of time. Don't bother people!!!!!

Tried to download the app today and received all of the other error messages that others listed. It made me suspicious too, as one of the error messages had a spelling error!

To give a star is generous for me. This thing sucks!

Can't register….. Bummer. I just got diagnosed with MS… and was looking for something to track my symptoms and journey… to bad it doesn't work….

so I installed the original one then the upgrade. tried to create an account, it aid login failed. I guess I'll try to create the acct on the original one and see if that works, otherwise it's a great idea but follow through Web design peeps.
