VIVA Health is an integrated healthcare management platform which seamlessly connects pharmacies to doctors and patients. The VIVA Health app for Pharmacies allows a pharmacy to receive prescription orders directly from patients through a one-step order process. A Pharmacy can review the prescription order and bid on it, while competing with other local neighborhood pharmacies. Once confirmed, the pharmacy needs to fulfill and deliver the order to the customer.

How it works -
- Install the VIVA Health - Pharmacy app and sign up for a Pharmacy account
- Enter your preferences for payment method (Cash, Cheque etc.)
- Enter your preferences for mode of delivery - Home Delivery or Store Pickup
- Enter your service delivery area preferences
- Start receiving prescription orders from patients through the app
- Review the order in detail - Verify order through e-prescription or an uploaded image of the prescription
- Bid on the order with an estimated price, if you can fulfill the order
- If bid is confirmed, the order will reflect in your list of "Confirmed Orders"
- Coordinate with patient to deliver the order
