RPlus CRM is a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) Software which manages CRM, Complaint, AMC and Service. This software has a web based version as well as mobile apps. RPlus CRM covers from lead till payment collection. Lead management has features like Campaign, Enquiry, Analyze Sales, Allocate Enquiry to Sales Executives etc. Sales executive can see the task/enquiries assigned to him on mobile apps. They can update the day to day activities like call, meeting, quotation against each enquiry. So the management will have the updated status of sales in the software.
