The "leather" handbag I bought, "picked up" colors from nearby objects in my very first use which refuses to go now! The bag is with "customer care" desk for over 3 weeks now with no news or updates. While taking the bag for "cleaning up" they had said work will be done in 3 days.. but are now awaiting inputs from their Singapore team on what to do!! Such expensive products and such bad quality!
