Muscle Manual Cards for Android
helps with remembering muscle classification, origin, insertion, actions & innervations. Well worth the cost of $5.00.
Don't even think twice about getting this app if you're a manual therapist or anatomist of any kind, all other apps pale in comparison. It goes over and above what you expect from a mobile app or even a textbook. All the detail you ever wanted (origins, insertions, etc - but also ADLs and clinical facts about each structure) but there's also a wealth of features such as an integrated, zoomable Gray's Anatomy database and even a built in postural analysis camera that would be worth the price of admission alone! Just phenomenal. Dr Vizniak is a modern day Henry Gray. His books are nothing short of essential; portable and densely packed with accurate and clinically relevant information, I owe a large chunk of my education and continuing development to them. This app is in the same category - an excellent, portable, information filled counterpart to his muscle manual, I'm delighted to see it come to Android and I can't hesitate to recommend it.
